I’ve started using the brushes and so far they work well. They have a smooth feel. I use them with my oils and so far I enjoy the brushes. The key is keeping your brushes clean and properly caring for them. Take the time to research how to take care of your brushes. Otherwise, no tool will last and serve your needs well

Chandra Rae founder of Creative Colors is a creative of many things and understands the art of the RIGHT instrument and its importance to you and your masterpiece.
After hearing from many artists of the disgust and overwhelming feeling of finding the right paintbrush at the big box stores, she felt it was time for her to help in a way that would give artists around the world a high quality brand of paintbrushes that would take away these feeling and get them creating!
This business was started for her daughter Lenox Jane to have and own a business from the time she was walking and this has become her reality since she started producing Creative Colors paintbrushes in 2016!

terrible quality. these brushes shed like crazy even when i use the lightest pressure possible. they don’t hold paint well and lose shape really fast. these brushes come out to around $7-9 per brush and at that price point this is ridiculous. save your money and get something better. hate these

i find painting is like everything else we do…using the right tools makes all the difference. These brushes are the right tools for the painting I enjoy doing.I keep a jar of water on the table when i paint, and rest the brush in the jar, or rinse and dry the brush. I do not allow paint to dry on my brush bristles.

I have been taking classes with a local artist. One night he was touching up some areas on my picture during class. To my great embarrassment the bristles started coming out of my old brushes. He said "These are junk". That night I got online to research new brushes. I came across the Red Sable Filbert Paint Brushes. I looked at the reviews and decided to try them. I have been very happy with them. I love how my paint flows onto my canvass. One night my teacher was using one and said "Hey, these are pretty nice." I will be replacing all of my brushes with these.

Fantastic quality brushes at a great price. My husband paints for pleasure and relaxation, he has been retired for 3 1/2 years.This is the third set of brushes I have purchased for him over the previous 5 years. They are easy to clean if you purchase B & J Brush Cleaner & Preserver.Amazon is not paying me for this review.

I had some issues with the original order brush numbers 10 and 12 shedding at initial use. The company owner was very responsive in addressing these concerns, which I appreciate. These brushes work great in working on the details of your art -- it's soft, so you can pull the brush to contour the edges. Easy to clean and overall a great value.

I have recently retired and decided to take up my long lost love for art. Of course, I'm on a budget so I try to get the best quality I can for a decent price. When I ordered these brushes, I also ordered from another company. I wanted to compare and then keep the best ones. These brushes were impressive and carefully hand packaged with a thank you note! The minute I tried the brushes I loved them. So, these would definitely be my 'keeper' set. Good customer service and good brushes!

I lile this brushes. It's cheaper than other sable brushes and nice. Very good for Oil painting. After using this brushes, I only use this sable brushes.
