I’m a dog groomer and I recently bought a self-contained building for my business, that has a fillable water tank. This little pump works great - and its quiet operation isn’t disruptive to my work. And the price is very reasonable too.

I've been using this pump with a foot valve to 27' for 2 years now. Running it on the 220 side. It hasn't missed a beat !Good investment for the $.

Our well pump died, so decided to order this from amazon. Arrived the next day, so that was nice since my local stores were sold out of well pumps. This pump was also at least $100 cheaper than any pump locally, so thats a bonus. Its much quieter than our old one, and I like the design of the sealed electrical box that houses the capacitor and voltage selector.I am happy with it so far.

The pump arrived and was installed! The pump apparently has a defective bearing and growls when it runs! Very dissatisfied!!

Runs only a short while to keep the pressure at 50psi. My old pump (A burcam piece of junk) would run for a long time to get back to 50psi. This pump will pay for itself just in the amount of electricity saved!I installed it on a wooden frame so I can easily change the expansion tank without having to re-plumb the pump. The expansion tanks seem to last about 3 years on average.

I like it but it developed a leak after i year between the pump and motor and it started to cycle off and on after it got to 50 psi. I fixed it with a gasket but it still leaks a little. Good pump for the money because a better bump is out of sight.

It lasted a WEEK! Ran fine for 7 days, although quite loud in my opinion. Then suddenly it started spraying at the seal between the pump and the motor and then at every other connection. Piece of crap! And of course it broke down on Friday evening on Labor Day weekend. So no one is available to send another or offer any assistance. One of the reasons I bought this unit was because they offered technical support. But there is none. And we've wasted hours and hours hooking this piece of junk up and spent considerable money not just on the crappy unit, but also various connections. JUNK! Couldn't be more disappointed.

Very quiet pump. Maintains 50psi no problem. Kicks on at 35psi. Motor has no exposed brushes to corrode, which is why I bought. I run my pumps on 220V. I cannot comment on its duty rating, as I only use for about 15min max for showers at my hunting camp. Took about 15sec to prime initially, but since then has been instant (this will depend on how well your foot valve is holding pressure, which is not pumps fault).Do NOT increase pressure above the standard 50psi, this will overload and overheat the electric motor and it WILL fail. If you require higher Pressure and/or flow, you should get a bigger pump.
