I really wanted to like this backpack. From the listing, it seemed like it was everything that I needed for a first aid pack. Unfortunately, once I received it, it became clear that it's just not setup with enough pockets to properly organize any reasonable amount of supplies. Items fall out of the slippery pockets, and the large backpack opening is basically a junk drawer that's less than ideal in an emergency. I would not recommend this.

This is a nice bag for anyone who wants to travel with a decent stock of first aid supplies in order to handle what might come up. We use it to house supplies for family adventures and have been happy with the capacity and quality of workmanship. The bright color means it is immediately recognizable and therefore easy to describe to anyone you might be sending to fetch it if it isn't at hand.

I am happy with this trauma bag. I am a nurse and have supplies for home use. This bag is perfect to carry my supplies in and out of the house. We have a hurricane shelter and this is my must have. Has different sections for supplies and fits the stethoscope as well as bandages and supplies. Well made with well sewn seam and strong zippers.

This pack was delivered true to the size and complete in regard to the specifications I ordered it from. The bag is well constructed and engineered from a durable, high visibility red material. The seams and zippers are well sewn and function smoothly. The pack is very well laid out and divided into many compartments all having good mix of styles to store the various pieces of medical kit that a well stocked emergency preparedness back must include.

Our use case for this bag is probably different from most people who get this, as I'm not a medical professional, EMT, etc. We got this to hold health- and medical-related equipment and supplies, as well as some personal supplies for an elderly relative with dementia, physical health issues, and some limited mobility. Before getting this bag, her care items were distributed between two small backpacks and a third small bag, so it was, at times, stressful to make sure that each of those bags were packed when traveling, and then have to manage all of those along with her wheelchair and oxygen. This backpack has made packing and carrying much more streamlined and, as it is geared toward medical use, the pockets and interior compartments help us better organize her care items (blood pressure monitor, thermometer, oximeter, spare oxygen tubing/cannulas, pads, and, certain medications) plus her wheelchair footrests when not needed also just fit in this large backpack. While this may be a somewhat unusual use for this medical backpack, it has provided us with a single solution to carrying various needed health and medical items for this one individual, and has also made things much easier and less stressful, especially when traveling.

As a licensed hunting guide, I'm required to carry a fully-equipped first aid kid. I wanted something large that would easily fit everything into one place; this is that bag. I love that it is bright red with the medical insignia on the outside...in the event I need to send someone to grab it they will know exactly which bag to grab. It has a large, heavy-duty carry handle on the top. I wish the shoulder straps were as heavy-duty as the carry handle, but they're sufficient. I like the reflective piping throughout the exterior for extra low-light visibility. Inside, the main compartment is large and open...plenty of room to stuff whatever large items you need in here. The next compartment has plenty of organization for me to keep everything from shears to a tourniquet to scalpels and a suture kit. A place for everything and everything in its place. Overall, other than the less-than-beefy shoulder straps, I'm very pleased. I didn't deduct a star because this backpack will likely be a "ride-along bag" instead of a "carry-along bag."
