The crystals shining in the sun make this whole thing worth it. I love how they spin and make so many pretty colors. It is NOT stained glass. Its painted plastic for the bird, but still very pretty none the less. I have it hanging next to other stained glass in my window

True to size in the picture, the crystal sun catcher is very pretty. Hangs well next to my plants in the window.

The crystal heart is beautiful, it catches the light, and the colored glass pieced right above the heart adds to the splashes of light. The Cardinal at the top does not detract from the beauty of the crystal, but it is plastic with the bird and leaves painted or printed on it.What I appreciate is, unlike most other crystal hanging suncatchers, is that it does not say anything, no memorial, no affectionate phrase, no notes to relatives, it is a pretty suncatcher that can be given to anyone, even yourself,

OK, so the "stained glass" cardinal is really just printed plastic. It's more opaque and smaller than I'd have liked. I thought about just pulling that part off and keeping the beads and crystal but honestly it grew on me once I hung it up - there's nothing really *wrong* with just having a plastic cardinal included which is pretty cute on its own, even if I wouldn't call that part a suncatcher.But! The crystal part is amazing! It's really pretty plus "rainbows" all over my kitchen. Overall I'm really enjoying this so I'm only taking one star for the plastic. I'd order this again and would be interested in other products from this manufacturer.

I absolutely love this gorgeous Cardinal Suncatcher!!! The cardinal does not seem to be see-through, but the crystals are and they catch the sun and make color dance around the room. It is a nice size and so far seems nicely made. The heart crystal is the perfect size. It hooks on with ease, though you will have to provide something to hang it on. This would be a perfect gift for any bird lover- or anyone really- it is so pretty.
