I got a box of five speakers. Two of the had a buzz in them. I notified the seller and he immediately sent two replacement speakers. They all now sound great. they were easy to install.The customer service was great.

Speaker work well but packing quality needs improvement. 5 speakers showed up loosely packed in a large box with paper fill. The speakers had no protection and likely cause of damage on front grills. Overall speakers work well and sound good. But disappointed in imperfections in the new speakers.
