After only 3 years of very limited use the stitching in both of my rec pro rv recliners severely deteriorated. I will never buy a Rec Pro product again. Now I have to replace my rv recliners since we use the RV as a guest quarters at our summer property. I have bought cheaper furniture that have lasted years longer than these two expensive recliners.Update:Rec Pro is only offering me 30%off to replace these with new ones, but after seeing how quickly the material breaks down I will not purchase any other set. I do not trust that they will last longer than 3 years. Also upon further inspection yesterday the stitching is now coming apart on the arms.

Although FedEx had problem after problem with this delivery, the service from RecPro was awesome. After contacting FedEx to make corrections to the delivery address, they contacted us to tell us of the results. When the next day, the delivery was delayed by FedEx (with no explanation) even though it was in the same city, RecPro contacted us to let us know. Finally, on the third day, the chair was delivered (but to the wrong site)! My only regret is that I did not obtain the name of the person from RecPro who went above and beyond. My husband loves his new chair!!

These chairs are true wall-huggers, very compact and good-looking, and my wife and I were hoping that comfort would be another feature. It was not. After a few minutes both our lower backs feel discomfort in pretty much all chair positions. I should have clarified in the original review: we are both almost 80, with health issues that involve our lower backs. I expect that the comfort level described in other reviews would be more accurate for the vast majority of buyers. Since we tossed out all the packaging I expect that returning these chairs will not be a viable option (but will check). Advice: keep the packaging for a week.Last Update: instead of returning the chairs for full credit (with the associated problems of finding new boxes and shipping materials), RecPro suggested that instead we donate these 2 chairs to the local chapter of the Disabled Veterans (DAV), for that same full refund. Will do - Uncommonly generous!

Nice chairs, if you get the chairs with power , I did not get the power packs with and had to call the company. They look up your name and send the power packs out. So I couldn’t try them with out the power packs.

They were just as described & are comfortable. The length is a tad short for taller people. I’m 5’6 and my feet hang off the end when the chair is reclined back. I received them very quickly, within a week of ordering. Overall, a great chair.

This recliner is perfect for our travel trailer. It’s made very well and very comfortable. I ordered it on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. We purchased it to replace the recliner that came with the TT that had to be 12” from the wall, taking up valuable space
