I owned this guitar for a grand total of 37 seconds when, as I opened the box, i found that head was snapped off the neck. As those of you who play guitar know, this is not ideal for playing the guitar.Barring the dismemberment of these key pieces, the rest of the guitar is stunning, clean finish that has had a great deal of care put into it, not even a single fingerprint on the resonator.There was a card included in the packaging stating it was inspected before it was shipped so I should believe that it was broken in shipping, but one thing I did notice is the packaging of this guitar was very low quality and as I was opening it I though to myself "I feel like this is broken", they had a wad of bubble wrap about the size of your forearm next the box, and then it was wrapped in a wad of cellophane paper with some tape and a little more bubble wrap randomly scattered across the guitar itself. If I was going to list improvements for this guitar, I would say up the quality of the packaging or there is likely to be many more snapped off heads in the future.
