I love love love this cookbook. It sits on my counter everyday and I have used it several times since getting it. The notecards are great quality, I think card stock. However, the full pages are made from regular paper, which is not as durable. Also, when you try to put the pages into the clear slip covers, they do not fit and the pages bend/fold. Other than that, the stand and pen are great quality.

This is such a great binder to hold my recipes. I love that it has a measurement list on the inside of the binder as well. It comes with recipe cards/papers to easily write down your recipes. I filled up my book super fast and easy.

At first I opened it and was excited started filling out recipe cards and then went to put it together. You can’t see the tabs when put in my grandmas had written recipe because it’s a 8x12 sheet of paper. It makes the tabs useless unless it written on the recipe card it comes with. Frustrating I bought 3 I have spent hours hand writing recipes.

I am so happy with recipe book, I love it!! I love a good cook book to start with, but this will be holding all my recipes, family, friends and ones I found online or on youtube. It has a place for everything even the person the recipe came from. I have only been able to get a couple of recipes in it, our fridge went out and threw a wrench into everything. We finally got that settled, hopefully back to our normal daily stuff. I have so many recipes, I want more recipe books... lol I have recipes shoved everywhere. I have a folder just for homemade breads, the plastic container is packed full and if you picked up the wrong way, you will be playing 1,000 recipe pickup lol ( 52 card pickup) I know the older generations know what I am talking about, but anyway this is a great recipe book, by far my favorite so far! The size is about the size of the orange Betty Crocker cook book it was a binder like this one is. I believe it came out in the late 70's or 80's. I love this as much as I love Betty Crocker, it was my 1st cook book and this one is my 1st homemade recipe cook book! I measured my recipe box, so you will know I have a lot of them. I will most likely have to get more of the plastic inserts to hold the index cards and full pages, but that ok, I got plenty to get me started.

I rate this recipe binder with stand as 4.5 (rounding up to 5) stars, because it’s pretty much the perfect binder I have been looking for to store recipes, and it comes with thoughtful accessories. Note: the longevity of the 3-rings and the little golden edge protectors are the only things I’d have a concern with though, because they don’t tend to last with some binders, so I wanted to be fair with the review since I’ve not had this one long enough to see if the rings will continue to function well or if the edge protectors will tarnish, fall off, etc. The binder looks very nice and appears to be thick enough to hold a lot of recipes (hopefully all of mine as I’ve not completed the transfer of all of them over to this book yet). The inside conversion tables and pocket are awesome, handy touches. My old binder didn’t have a pocket and that was one of the things I wished it had. I’m happy that it’s pretty water-resistant, from the binder, to the cute tabs, to also the much appreciated inclusion of the 3-ring page and card protectors. I love that it comes with the page and card templates, which makes the book look more uniform and organized. Then, how nice of them to include a stand and pen, which can also be stored in the stand. I’m so excited to have this recipe book, and I am looking forward to completing it and using it for a long time to come.

Item arrived sooner than expected. I like the size of the binder. It comes with all items as described. The things I don't like about the product is the plastic sleeves don't fully fit an 8 1/2 x 11 page. It comes with pre-printed and blank tabs. I would have liked pre-printed Lunch and Dinner tabs but I can use a blank tab to add those. Another thing is cumbersome is the plastic sleeves block the tabs.
