These are really neat and have so many uses. I have been using them for additional lighting while crocheting in places that are not as well lit. I thought it would be uncomfortable but once its on I can just forget that I am wearing it.

I got this specifically for model building. My son is an avid Gundam builder and he is absolutely loving this gadget. He's worn it thru all of his post-holiday builds and it sounds like it's already become an indispensable part of his tool kit. It's easy to put on & take off, light weight, unobtrusive & comfortable, and has good battery life. Much of the model kit work is small and detail oriented and these lights make seeing the details much easier. Being able to choose which fingers to wear the lights on adds to the versatility. So far I have no complaints, seems to be a quality item and I'm sure we'll be using it for more than model building (I know it'll work great next time I have to get at the plugs at the back of my PC).

I saw these and as you can see in the pics, I thought that using them on any finger would make them more versatile. After switching them on my fingers as advertised, I found it makes no difference as to lighting up what you are working on and just makes more shadows. They call them finger flashlight "gloves", but there are no gloves, not even in the box? After putting them through some paces under the dash of my truck ( Ya, that's the true test, Right!), I found them to be more in the way most times and even detach from the ring bands. The wristband that holds the battery & switch is time consuming and awkward with the attached strips while trying to secure it on your wrist one handed. Also, have you ever tried to work under a dash or anywhere confined with a watch on? And what's with the high and low beam? They claim that you can use them for running, cycling, and other night time activities, but the distance of light is barely above an accident waiting to happen. The only good thing about these, is you can recharge them via the included USB cord. Don't get me wrong, these are a great idea, but in my opinion, they should be a lot lower profile design. Life is Good!! These Finger Flashlights Rate Real Crappy on the Claydog Approval scale!! Enough Said, Wrench Drop!! Thanks for your time, Claydog

At first glance, this device looked like it might be a little cumbersome and complicated but it is actually very simple. Just put the wrist band on like a watch and slide the lights over whatever two fingers seem to work best. I used with thumb and index or middle. Operation is simple, just touch the button to alternate between high, low, and off. The button is a little sensitive, just the tinyest touch activates it so a little care is needed to be sure one doesn't accidentally leave the lights on.I tried these in a variety of uses including working under a sink and working behind a computer, it worked really well in these scenarios. A little more mixed was working on cars, some places it is hard to get one's fingers to the cramped space and these lights don't make it easier. On the other hand, when there is access room, they seemed to be very helpful.Anyone who has tried to hold a flashlight on their shoulder while working under a sink or on a circuit breaker panel in a dark house should appreciate these. I've been both of those places and would gladly have paid to have one of these around.I never would have thought of this but these will find a place in my toolkit just for such times.

These finger flashlights are quite useful when I'm working on small parts in a space where a headlamp casts shadows. For example, working under a sink or a cabinet can be hard to illuminate. They come with a little carrying case which makes them easy to store in my toolbox. I find myself popping them on more often than I expected. They don't restrict motion at all, and are lightweight and comfortable to wear.If you're wearing a wristwatch on the side you're using the light, you need to remove your watch, since the light's battery goes on your wrist with a band, where a watch goes. All the cables and fittings seem relatively sturdy. I expect this light to last a while.I do wish the lamps were a bit brighter, which probably isn't realistic at their small size. Also, the USB charging cord has a magnetic connector on the end that connects to the light. I guess that improves water resistance, but a standard micro-USB cable would be easier to replace if lost.

So…BLUF, I gave these 5 stars because they do what they say…but I admit that I’m not sure how practical they will be.The unit consists of two lights that you wear on your fingers, attached to a battery and control unit you wear like a wrist watch. You touch the controller and the lights come on, touch it again and they go out. Easy to use, everything functioned as advertised.I work a lot of electrical issues so I spend a lot of time in the dark. I thought this would help, but I’m not so sure. I put them on and went into a basement to troubleshoot a switch. Power off, darkness, out comes my tool. The problem I had was getting the light to stay focused on the right spot while I used my hands. It became awkward and a little irritating. Maybe I’ll get used to it at some point. It was good having the light not be blocked. As I mentioned, 5 stars for fit and quality, questionable application at this point.
