Works the best to light candles. No open flame and when the spark goes low just hook it up to a USB port to recharge. Sweet.

Excellent price for two of these. I use this to light my bbq grill, as the piezo igniter broke and there doesn't appear to be a replacement for my older grill. The two of these were much cheaper than any of the replacement piezo igniters though. Can always use a match as a backup if I forget to recharge. But, shouldn't be an issue since I just leave one plugged in at my charging station. Flexible neck is nice too.

The spark lighter on my gas grill quit years ago and even tho' I have a replacement, it's a PITA to install so I've been using a butane lighter that often doesn't light with the first spark allowing gas to build up before it lights, so I bought this as a grill lighter. Then I found out it works perfectly lighting the gas logs in the fireplace too. No flammable butane or long matches. Just this one, safe, non-flammable gadget. At the price, what's not to like?

Have used one of these lighters about twice a week since they arrived in early November and tonight the element burned out. It melted away from one side of the element. Guess you get what you paid for. Gave the 2nd one away to a friend and her's did the same thing 2 weeks away. She didn't want to say anything about it to me. Avoid purchasing these.

I was intrigued with these rechargeable candle lighters and was happy to try them out. They both arrived in a single box with two usb charging cables but no wall adapters. The charging cord is very short, perhaps 6” long. These both arrived with a charge and ready to go. They are easy to use and will light a candle or incense stick easily. I was disappointed in that they don’t do a good job of lighting incense cones. It would take a while for the cone to catch but would quickly extinguish. Also as a note, the size in between the prongs is very small and that is the available lighting area-a candle wick or similar in width. These are a good price of around $4 each and they do light candles but I was a bit more hopeful that they would light my incense better.My Amazon rating system-Five stars-Great item. Still going strong with the initial charge. Lights them up quicker than a standard lighter. Got two for the price of a single different brand, making it a great value. Has a safety button to avoid lightning something up by mistake.
