I have a 2022 F150 that did not come with truck bed lights installed. I didn’t want to pay dealership prices, so I started shopping on my own. There is a square opening already cut in my truck bed that has a hole cover in it. Just popped out that cover and this switch pops into place perfectly. I found the lights and wiring harnesses too and everything works just like it was installed by the manufacturer. Great purchase at a much lower price than OEM, while fitting and working like OEM.

This cargo lamp switch is a replacement for orignal Ford part number (whatever) but it's not-quite in a few regards, not a huge issue in most cases. The Ford part number includes the bezel; this is just the switch as can be seen in the pictures.Without the bezel, though, this won't retrofit a truck that doesn't have OEM cargo lights, so if you're like me and trying to put cargo lights in a truck that didn't originally have them, this won't get the job done, you'll need more parts (and the bezel isn't sold separately as far as I can find). It's not "normally closed" as in the listing, it's actually normally open.I'm not sure about F550 and larger, but my F350 is 12V, and this switch doesn't really care about 12V or 24V, but I suspect most of what it fits, is 12V not 24V.It is a momentary switch, with good feel to it, and works consistently. In general, it's not a bad part, but it's not a replacement for the Ford part number noted, and not electrically as stated, so be mindful of that. If you just need to replace a switch that got mangled, this should do the job nicely. If you want to retrofit cargo lights, this will get you only a small part of the way, but a good-looking and good-feeling part at least.
