Nice product, the brackets that came with item didn't match my truck, most of the bolts were the correct size. Not happy with the shipper/ manufacturers packaging. Small bubble wrap that didn't protect the bumper. Has a couple of deep scratches on the chrome. If I didn't already pull the bumper off before opening the package, I would have returned it. The cardboard box is very cheap and definitely doesn't hold up during shipping. If you don't want scratches, find a different shipper.

Ordered this bumper to replace the rusted original on my 2005 Ram. Packaging was in good shape so the dents on the left side of the bumper were done prior to shipment. Also, one of the license lights was broken. Again, prior to shipment. Obviously poor quality control. Another minor issue was that my mechanic had to drill holes to mount the license plate.

Usually aftermarket chrome bumpers feel cheap. Not this one. Great price, awesome fit only minor adjustments to make it look perfect. Bolts right on.

I received my bumper yesterday and installed it today without any issues. It only took me about three hours and working alone at 79 should tell you a lot about the ease of installation. The bumper I received was not damaged in shipment as some have reported. However, the packaging was minimal and I can see why there are a number of complaints about damaged shipments.The bumper fit my vehicle without any issues and was very easy to install. I did not use any of the attaching hardware that was shipped with the bumper other than that which was already attached to the bumper. I live in Arizona and we do not have rust issues here.The only suggestion that I would make to anyone installing one of these bumpers is to predrill the holes for the license plate before installing the bumper. The holes for the license plate attaching screws do not penetrate to the visible side of ABS plastic step cover. Therefore, it may be difficult to locate the correct location once the bumper is installed. I simply used a small drill bit to punch them through from the back side before installing the bumper.I would probably give this product a 5 star rating except for the packaging issue and the fact that the Amazon listing claims the bumper is made of stainless steel which I believe is false. Neither can I attest to the longevity of this bumper as only time will tell.

I love the bumper and everything it's installed but it was missing one of the lights the license plate light on the left as you look at the truck driver side license plate light was missing can you please send me one I don't want to go through the whole thing of sending the whole bumper and everything it's already installed
