I own a cleaning company with several accounts with high traffic and grease. This hop has seen its share of use. I did put a heavy duty handle on it right after I bought it. Only reason I’m buying a new one is because the Velcro is starting to get worn out after 4 years of 7 days a week cleaning. When the mop head gets soaked it tends to not stick as well.

I ordered this Nov. 2020. I've been using it ever since, with no problems. I have a Sleigh Bed that is a mere 2-3/4 inches off the floor. This works perfectly to get under it and all the way across to the other side. The A/C vent blows directly under there. (Hint: I use a large tooth comb while dusting the floors in case of any build up, just hold the whole assembly over the trash, and comb the microfiber dust cloth while it's still on the mop) I mix my own solution in a spray bottle for mopping from a concentrated gallon of Zep hardwood floor cleaner. No problems, sending one to a couple of family members.

I just got it today and used it right away. My toddlers have splattered juice and snack and all kinds of things on my walls. I sprayed with soapy water and then i used the mop right on the walls and it wiped it away like magic. It took me 30 minutes to clean it all by hand last time but with this mop i was done in less than 5 minutes. Its easy to adjust and feel sturdy and strong enough to stand professional use. The Velcro on the bottom has a super strong grip. The mop head swivels completely around and completely flat to go underneath furniture. It stayed down the entire time an did not flap up to the side. I was able to get the floors, the walls, and the baseboards with this. I will update later if it does not last but it feels strong and sturdy and i do not see this thing breaking any time soon.

This mop system best ever devised. Always use clean pads to mop. Can buy refills at Target, their store brand works better than original and cheaper. Have convinced several friends to buy this and they are just as pleased as I am with ease, convenience and performance. Someone was really using their heads when they produced this high quality mop.

Love this mop! So easy to use compared to others I've had. Glides very easily on the floor. My old mop head would flip over all of the time and it was a real workout with that and moving it around the floor. Would highly recommend. Its a little more expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for.
