My fiancé is always rocking back and forth and this is perfect for him. Helps his back and he can rock anywhere, however it doesn’t fit in all chairs.

I’m very happy with this purchase! This has helped with posture while sitting which has helped with low back pain.Dislike - after use for 2 months appears the glue? on the top is failing, however it appears this may be more cosmetic at least 🤞 that is won’t effect use in the future. Two photos of issueLike - I don’t use this so much for rocking but just great back support on long car rides or using in an older recliner that doesn’t have lumbar support.

At nearly 80, I spend a lot more time readings or watching tv in my upholstered loveseat than I would like to admit. All this sitting usually results in back and hip pain when standing. I’ve spent hundreds on cushions in an effort to find relief, with limited success. This rocker backrest has changed my game completely. I feel terrific support while seated — and zero pain when I get up to walk. Note that I now spend the day sitting up straight, not reclining. The difference is truly remarkable. (If I do choose to recline, I remove the backrest. But when naptime’s over, it’s right back behind me and supporting my back in all the right places.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but ordered a ready rocker for my pregnant daughter and tried it out first. I often have a sore lower back, and this felt so good right away that I’m keeping it for myself and ordered another to give my daughter. My one negative is that it certainly doesn’t turn “any chair into a rocker” - it works well but only on chairs deep enough for both the rocker and the person sitting. Sofas and club chairs are great but a dining chair or usual office chair would not work. It’s rocks very easily and is easy to move around.

I love the concept but, while I found the quality of construction to be very good, there are flaws in the execution of the design that make it impractical. I definitely feel it was designed for a man’s body as it is not ergonomic for a smaller woman, as many other reviews have pointed out, even though women are probably more likely to use this. It’s too large and my upper back was hurting within 2 minutes of using it. I also tried to use it with my office chair as it is advertised to provide good back support for sitting, but it’s way too deep to fit on a standard chair. Very cool that you can adjust the resistance, but the resistance on the lowest setting is so high that I can’t imagine needing to increase it. It’s also very heavy and bulky so I can’t imagine it being convenient to just throw behind your back in bed when you have to rock a baby. Idea: Ready Rocker Light, smaller and lighter with less resistance for the more petite half of the population.

The idea of this is great, but it didn't function well for me. First it takes up a lot of room on the chair seat. You can't use this on an office chair for example, there's not enough room for this and your butt on the seat. I tried it out on my couch. I had plenty of room but it was very hard on my back, there isn't enough padding on it to keep leaning on it without discomfort. It may work for some, but didn't for me, I had to return it.

I really wanted this product to work. I sit very upright and was sure that the Ready Rocker would be soothing for my arthritic lower back. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Ready Rocker takes up so much room a standard chair and I was forced to sit so far forward that the circulation in my legs was cut off by the seat of the chair. Even on the "lightest" setting, rocking took so much effort that it wasn't close to relaxing. It is bulky and heavy. The adjustability made virtually no difference. I tried this on 4 seats in our home (a bar stool, a dining room chair, a barrel chair, and our upholstered living room sofa), and the only one I didn't have to fight to stay on the seat was the sofa, and it was still very uncomfortable. It seems very expensive for what it is, especially since it was so very uncomfortable and difficult to use.

I was extremely skeptical buying this product because of the price. However, out of pure desperation, I took a risk and bought it. I’m so glad I did!I have 2 sons and only 1 rocking chair. We keep the rocking chair in my older son’s room. When my second son was born, I needed a way to rock him in our bedroom (that’s where he sleeps). We didn’t have room for another rocking chair and didn’t really have the room for another one anyway. This portable rocker makes it possible to rock the baby in our bed (propped on the headboard) and can put him back in his bassinet. I’ve been using it for several months and it has saved me a lot of back pain. Also, I take the rocker on trips! Saves me the struggle of trying to rock a baby in a hotel without a rocking chair. This rocker bounces more than it does rock like a traditional rocking chair, but it’s plenty to soothe baby right to sleep!
