Zero star👎👎Not happy with the product at all , while my son was riding it the front axle nut came off , luckily no injuries, but overall not a safe and reliable product , stay away from it at all cost

Christmas gift for my 9yr old son, who about 4’2 under 100lbs, fits him prefect. Assembling instructions were clear, not difficult and less than 45mins. Bike quality appears to be sturdy, heavy(which was unexpected and gave it more of a real gas dirt bike feel). As far as the battery life, the manual has specific instructions on the care of the battery, which I have been following to maintain the battery. In my opinion, the speed is pretty good, certainly not slow but not too fast. I believe this was a great purchase so far, way better than others I seen. My son absolutely loves it! Oh, delivery was quick, within 4days after purchase.

My 8yo grandson had a Razor 250 and had quite outgrown it in one summers use. Santa was looking to upgrade to something in the hopes he'd have for a couple years. This bike was easy to assemble. Has a strong motor, and holds a decent charge. It is large enough that it should support multiple summers, and small enough so that when he drops it, he can safely stand back up on his own. Overall, very impressed thus far with this bike.

Great bike, perfect for our 10 and 12 year old boys, both hopped on and didn’t skip a beat and will be able to ride for years given the size. Can’t speak to longevity but great so far. You should know it comes in large carge board box (well packaged) that does state clearly on the side what is inside. Ordered same time, same day with two day shipping, carefully calculated around my days off for delivery. One came in one day, a day early, and ruined Christmas surprise, the other came in 2 days as expected. Needless to say VERY VERY VERY unhappy about that, but unrelated to function of bike, so no star deduction.

Very fun bike and my 10 year old son loves it (and looks forward to coming home from School to ride it). Unfortunately 1 month ago it stopped working, just 10 months after purchase. We keep this bike in the garage after every use and is always kept charged. There should be no reason such an expensive item stops running like this.The company, VMInnovations, does not appear to be willing to do anything to help after the 60 days warranty which is also unfortunate. I don't recommend this as a purchase due to the unreliability and lack of follow-through from the vendor.
