It was fine while it worked, but it's now stopped working twice in less than two years and is no longer under warranty.

worked for about 8 months and just died. Customer Service to get it taken care of - completely useless. It was never a good light to start with, very low intensity light, so one still looked dark, and the intensity control button did not do much. Don't waste your money. I have now bought the LitOnes Video conference light last week; hope that works better. I can already see it is more flexible - intensity can be controlled, and warm/cool light control also works well.

This ring light is pretty good for the money. It comes with attachments, you can mount your camera, phone, and even the webcam if you bought the bundle.I love the light settings on this ring light, especially the darker yellow. I WAS mistaken when I saw it could change color, I thought like RGB but it was different shades of white/yellow. So, make sure you jot that down before buying! Also the remote is on the cord attached to the light so you will never lose it.The only thing I don't like is how much space it takes up on my floor from how wide the feet are on it. Buuuut...That's a personal problem of having a smaller office and this light is good despite my personal problem. It's great either way! 10/10 would recommend.

I work from home and this makes for a much more professional video call. This helps build customer trust immediately.Highly recommended if you do a lot of conference calls for work.

I rarely write reviews unless I'm serious impressed or drastically disappointed. This unfortunately is the latter. I ordered this in August 2021. Light was bright. Loved the settings for different styles. Then it just up and stopped working several months later. Even plugged in, the little indicator light on the power control wouldn't light up. Never dropped it or hit it...not a scratch on it. Just up and died for no reason.Reached out to Razer and they quickly sent me a replacement. Cool on them. It was quick and easy and I can understand the occasional lemon. But now...only 13 months after purchase of the Original...the replacement has just up and Died. The indicator light on the power control lights up though. But no ring light! smh.The first one, I had plugged into the recommended adapter which was plugged into a surge protector. The second, I have plugged into a powered USB hub connected to my PC. None of my other far more complex electronics plugged into either source has ever shorted out or had issue. This just seems to be a faulty product. I'm hesitant to reach out for another replacement if this is just gonna be a rinse/repeat scenario. Such a shame. I expected the quality to reflect the high price tag. I've never had a single issue with my many Razer product's. It seems odd that something so simple would be the first.

Was working great and then after 8 months of infrequent use it doesn't turn on! Poor quality for the price.

Using this for once a week meetings working from home since June of 2021. It's now March 2022. Always considered Razer to be higher quality products - especially for an $80 ring light. Tried to turn it on today for a meeting and nothing happened. The little green light that is usually on the switch was not on. Tried different USB ports, try restarting the computer, even tried a different computer. The thing is just dead. What an absolute waste of money. I have keyboards and headsets that are Razer and they've been nothing but exceptional. I'd say, unless you're buying either of those two, avoid Razer's other products. The stand that comes with this ring light is also very low quality. Cheap plastic all around makes the thing shockingly light weight, but not in a good way. More of a "this feels really cheap" way. And considering it only lasted 9 months, proof it is cheap, or WAS rather.

Worked well, until it didn't. Died inexplicably after 6 months of light use.I had bought an Amazon warehouse deal, warranty for those is only 90 days, apparently. Funny how Amazon doesn't highlight that.I'll look elsewhere from now on, Razer isn't what it used to be. What a sad joke.Edit: For anyone in a similar situation, it's unlikely that the ring light itself has failed, but a failed control board is the likely culprit. It's possible to bypass the controller board by opening up the control casing and soldering in wires connecting the end that goes to the USB plug to the end connected to the ring light - positive to positive, negative to black and white (assuming you want the balanced colour output). Please see attached picture for details. Please note that this will result in maximum output when plugged in.I suppose that an enterprising hobbyist could build a replacement controller with a switch, and/or rheostat(s) to control output and colouring.

A lot of ring lights are made the same. Not this one. It's a solid build with good mounts that have held up well to consistent and regular use. The diffusion is very good on it, so it's not glaring, ugly light. The tripod it came with is not quite as high quality as I was expecting for this price and the brand, but it's not as cheap as others I've tried. It's easy to change the temperature and brightness of the light. Now it doesn't do all the fancy color effects some of the other ring lights you've seen, but I think for the quality of the light, the diffusion on it, and the mounts, it's definitely in my top 3 and the one I've kept on my desk the most in the past few months.

Well made and very well packaged continuous LED ring light for video creators. Includes tripod and two different types of mounting hardware for either a cell phone, or a small DSLR or camcorder. Power is supplied via a USB cable (you must provide your own power supply, one isn't included) and it can toggle between three different colour temperature settings and a wide range of brightness. It is intended for use at close range, so its light falls off sharply after about 3 feet (1 meter). This also explains why its permanently-attached power and control USB cable is so relatively short. You'll need a USB extender if you're not right next to a computer or if you don't have a USB power bank.I think this would be a better product if it had:1) a detachable USB-C power cable, at least 6 feet long2) well-labelled controls on the light itself vs unlabelled black-on-black buttons on a flimsy inline remote

I got this as a bundle with the Razer Kiyo webcam and it’s a better product than what it was bundled with. Kind of light, definitely an indoor tripod, but the lighting options are fantastic and the controls are very intuitive
