This thing comes in a whole bunch of pieces with a large number of nuts and bolts so it took a couple of hours for me to put it together. I did it by myself with no other help. Every single part fitted perfectly - no misalignment of panels or holes. Instructions were clear and accurate. There were extras of each bolt, nut and washer and there was a small ratchet included - something I have never seen before. The ratchet in particular was a gigantic plus. It would have been a real chore to assemble without it.All in all, I found it to be well made and a lot of thought went into making the assembly easy. The unit itself seems sturdy. The cushions are thick, but the cover seems thin, not sure how well they will hold up over time. The back is completely straight at right angles to the seat which I find a little uncomfortable.

Very nice looking and good quality for the price. The fabric is slipperier than sunbrella and they made the bottoms of the seat cushions grippy to compensate so sadly not reversible. Yes, it’s a challenge to assemble but they now include a ratcheting allen key to make it easier. There are 90 bolts of several different sizes so take your time. Pro tip: label the bags with the corresponding letters on the instruction sheet before you start. Count them to identify each and note that each type has one extra. The instructions aren’t as bad as ppl say. Take note of each step’s parts and counts to ensure you don’t miss anything and need to go back. The seat cushions are thicker than most at 4” but don’t include dacron wrap so were not as soft and inviting as I’d like. Pro tip: buy dacron wrap! Compare my pic with to others without. One standard 1/2” layer cut to cover just the seat foam tops and fronts is fine so 3x appx 24 x 30. You can double it up or get 1” to make it super luxe. I got Mybecca 2 yards x 36” for $13 online at Walmart. I cut it into 3 pieces, and rolled them up then unrolled inside each b/c the foam was already in place.

I LOVE this sofa! Priced at $299 it was quite the bargain when compared with other patio sofas. It was almost impossible to un-package the foam cushions. Two of the cushions are stored together and one is stored alone. When unpacking them be sure to start with the single foam. Then, once you get the hang of it, try the 2 foam package. It took me about an hour to unpack the foam. Do not cut the plastic around the foam as it is vacuum packed and will expand making it even more difficult. My method (at 77 years old) was to stand at a wall so I couldn't fall down and rock the square piece of rattan (D) back and forth...a millimeter at a time until it loosened. I wore a stiff soled shoe which I put against the little lip of (A) allowing some leverage. Customer service was OUTSTANDING getting back to me within 24 hours to provide hints although I finally dislodged the foam on my own. Wish they had a video showing how they would unpack. As soon as you unpack the foam, put it inside the cover as the foam my expand more in a few minutes to hours and it is quite difficult to stuff into the cover. The foam is not perfectly square so be sure to put the narrow side in the narrow side of the cover. Folding the foam will help you get it in.The diagram of instructions is easy to follow but there are a TON of bolts, washers and nuts so just go step by step. Fortunately, they supplied a few extra hardware as one bolt was damaged. Plus, if you happen to lose one, you've got a spare. The whole operation probably took me about 4.5 hours but I took breaks. The wrench and allen wrench are perfectly adequate for assembly. The sofa looks great and is quite comfortable. The low back, apparently complaint on other reviews, is not a problem. The material of pillows and cushions is tough and color (blue) great and as shown on the website. It's nice that they include a cover!

I researched outdoor furniture for weeks before deciding to purchase this one based on reviews and of course the lower price.Pros: looks very niceCushions are NICE quality..I was actually surprised how thick they were.I like the addition of matching bolster pillowsIt’s actually larger than I imagined it would beCons: it took me 3 hours to build by myself (I put stuff together all the time so I’m not a newbie)The directions are somewhat hard to read (no words just illustrations of each step)There are like a million screws to screw inSome spots were hard to reach and screw together. The cushions were an absolute BYATCH to get into the cushion covers but that is because the cushions are THICK (which is a good thing).Overall, I would recommend purchasing this couch but just know it takes awhile to assemble. It would definitely go quicker if 2 people were working on it together. I hope it lasts a while because i like it a lot.

I absolutely love this navy patio sofa. It’s true to the navy color (darker than it advertises which is what I was hoping for), it’s comfortable, and looks great after assembly. The material doesn’t feel cheap which is surprising considering the cost. The cushions came vacuum sealed and if you follow the directions like I did then you will have nothing but fluffy cushy pillows. To get the bottom cushions in the covers I folded them and it helped a lot. I washed all the pillow covers in cold water before using them and dried them on low in the dryer and they came out perfect. The assembly is pretty time consuming but thankfully we have a drill with an Allen wrench bit so it made the process a lot faster than others’. I bought two to complete the look I wanted and they turned out great! Hopefully they will last a long time being under a covered balcony and with the included waterproof couch covers which have been a wonderful addition. I’m 5’5” and the couch comes to the middle of my back but it’s comfortable because the cushions are very supportive. Also the wicker is a dark brown not black which I thought the product pictures made it look more like (yay for me because I was hoping for a dark brown). Overall, a perfect purchase with cost, comfort, ease of assembly, and design/look. I would definitely recommend!
