Flame does not come everywhere like is supposed to and customer service is horrible. There is no answers and no help at all

Product Quality:When the burner arrived I noticed the weld around the inlet pipe was incomplete. I contacted the manufacturer who informed me that it should replaced. I contacted the merchant who coordinated with them to send a replacement.The replacement that arrived also had an incomplete weld. And another replacement was sent.Third time's a charm, but the corner arrived damaged. What bugs me is the manufacturer said they would inspect this third one to ensure a good weld, but didn't bother to notice the product is dented in the corner.It concerns me the poor quality control of these products. Considering these are devices for fire, it would benefit them to make sure their products are welded in all the right places.Installation:Instructions are kind of a "one-size-fits-all" document where it covers both natural gas and propane setups. It would be better if they took the extra effort to create separate instructions. Also, one of the parts in my kit didn't match the instructions and I had to verify with the merchant on what it actually is.Customer Service:The manufacturer and the merchant were very responsive and took care in making sure they sent replacements. They were also quick in answering a technical question during installation.
