High quality paint! I'm very impressed. It's expensive but better than a lot of other brands. Very easy to work with, it sprays nice and even and when done properly will hold up well. I've used a few of their other types of paint and had consistently good results.

This flameproof automotive body paint is beneficial because it significantly reduces the risk of my vehicle catching fire in situations where the car body might be exposed to extreme heat, like in a collision or when sparks from a nearby fire come into contact with the vehicle, potentially preventing serious damage and increasing safety in high-risk scenarios.

Seems decent. I took off a star because it said "some" smoke and fumes when curing...that is a wild understatement!! The house was filled with smelly smoke and fumes!

Raptor Flameproof Automotive Body Paint, Professional Grade, Extra Tough Protective Spray Paint for High Heat, Flat BlackI ordered the Raptor Flameproof automobile body paint to update the color on two light fixtures. I chose flat black to match other fixtures that I had replaced that have a flat black finish.I like the fact that it is automotive body paint due to the aluminum supports on the lights. I wanted a good paint to adhere to the aluminum surfaces. I removed the frame support from the light fixtures and prepared them for painting.The spray paint was applied evenly to the frame supports. After the paint dried completely (no longer sticky within 20-30 minutes), I applied a second coat for good measure. First coat would have done it, but a second coat covers and adheres to the fresh paint easily.I am impressed with the results and the new finish of the light fixture frames and recommend Raptor Flameproof Automobile Body Paint!

Looking to use this Pro Grade Flameproof Automotive Body Paint to get a fresh coat of paint on my Fireplace. Because this paint can withstand temps to 2000 degrees Farenheit, I'm confident it will do the trick with lasting results. My only gripe with this is that it only came in Flat Black. Would have preferred Satin Black.

I'm still in the middle of a rebuild, but I thought I'd test a small section to see how the exhaust will eventually look.From the results, I'm betting it will look solid, but the prep will take three times as long as painting.Admittedly, I did a quick and dirty prep to test this. The can calls for sanding, degreasing, etc. and all I did was rub vigorously with a scouring pad. When I use this in the end, I'll be doing it the right way. For the amount of work prep takes, I'll probably limit it to just the exhaust headers and cut out painting the midpipe and muffler. If I have enough paint, I'll reconsider.The paint itself looks solid. I took some photos under various outdoor lighting, but the three shown are in the shade or with indirect lighting and are the closest to what color you'll see in person. The darkest photo is probably the closest of the three. The other 2 show what looks like a brown streak going through the black. That only shows on the phone and is probably just reflection from the rust on the side. Nothing shows through the paint.You'll want to put 2-3 coats on whatever you're painting. If you're planning to paint the entire exhaust system, I'd get a second can.I can't test the heat resistance yet, but if it peels after a while, I'll update the review.

This isn't your average rattle can paint; this stuff is the real deal. I used it to repaint the wheels on my car, and they seriously look like they just came from the factory. The finish is incredibly smooth and even, and the color is spot on. I'm really impressed with the quality.They advertise it as being five times tougher than regular paint, and I can believe it. It's designed to withstand extreme temperatures, so it's perfect for things like exhaust manifolds, but it works great for wheels too. It seems really resistant to chips and scratches, which is exactly what I was looking for. The application was easy, and the spray nozzle worked great, giving a nice even coat. It dried quickly too.
