This high gloss caliper enamel spray provided a visually appealing finish to my brake calipers, but also indicates a durable coating that can withstand the extreme heat generated by braking, resisting fading and chipping while offering better protection against corrosion and brake dust buildup compared to a lower gloss paint.

Got this for a tough finish on my firearm that I'm doing a high visibility paint scheme on, and so far it's been great. Holds up to heat, and has been pretty abrasion resistant thus far! Very happy with it.

I recently repainted my calipers on my Genesis 5.0 R-Spec and now they look fantastic, like Brembo brakes 😀Preparation is key for this ceramic paint to stick well so make sure you thoroughly sand and clean your calipers thoroughly before applying this ceramic paint. It helps if you use a hair dryer or heat gun to help cure the paint more permanently. So far it's been fantastic and I haven't had any chipping or peeling. So obviously the paint can take the caliper heat!

This is actually an enamel that needs to be cured with heat. It's a really good paint, however the color is not exactly what I needed. It looks like in the picture that it's a sort of Safety Red but it states it's Real Red and I think that is probably correct. It does look great but a little darker than I needed. Not the paint's issue, mine.

Normally after heavy use, or using then storing for a time and trying to use it again, spray paints will have an auful spray pattern. Sometimes throwing blobs of paint where you are trying to get a smooth finish. There was none of that with this product. Right out of the gate after a few shakes it worked perfectly. The mist was even and coated the bike parts and calipers I was painting evenly and without any drips.I stored it on my garage shelf for 2 weeks (without cleaning it first) and when I went to use it again, it functioned as if it was brand new again. The color is a vibrant red and matched the other caliper paint I had bought and ran out of.

Didn't actually use this on brake calipers, but needed a tough finish to fix some scratches incurred during assembly of a Harbor Freight trailer, which has a deep red glossy finish. Unfortunately, assembling this without somebody to help you means flipping it over yourself multiple times during assembly, both before and after the wheels go on, so some of the paint got scratched and a little rusted while I was getting ready to put the flooring in. Used a bit of rust reformer and then this caliper enamel on top of that to fill in the scratches and provide some corrosion resistance - worked surprisingly well, you can't even tell the scratches were there - color blended in almost perfectly. Dried to a tough finish, which I imagine is great for a brake caliper given the amount of dust and abrasion they're exposed to. Easy to apply and dried really fast. Pleased.
