The roasting pan arrived in perfect condition. It was carefully packed first in bubble wrap and then boxed. I wanted a smaller roasting pan for my new oven and this one is just the right size. I am going to take good care of it so it will stay in top shape and will follow some of the cleaning suggestions made by other reviewers.

Great for grilling steak, burgers or grilling bacon. Also will bake pork chops or smaller roasts.Pan is deep enough to hold grease. Best washed in hot water in the sink. Heavy durable construction.Note. Stays hot so be careful where you set it down after cooking.

I love the look and size of this pan ! It’s heavy and good quality like the pans we use to get with a new stove .My current apt stove didn’t come w a broiler pan; evidently these days they don’t come with stoves anymore. I didn’t want to purchase a full size pan for just myself, so I’d been using a smaller pan I own. The size was good but not a broiler pan , and I really don’t want grease splattering all over my oven.Was thrilled to find this and the size is perfect for 1 or 2 people !

We needed a small sturdy broiler pan to cook for two; this pan meets our needs. If this is truly made in the USA that's a huge plus. The metal of both pieces (not just the tray portion) is thick & solid, & the enameling appears to be nicely done. I can't speak to long term durability because we've only used it once, I can say it showed no sign of warping after about 20 minutes of use, & it cleaned up easily enough.

It works as advertised. It did come with a chip as other people have mentioned but the chip is along the outside edge and doesn't impede use.

You know, it’s funny. In my life, I never had to buy a broiler pan...because wherever I moved, there was a stove, and wherever there was a stove, there was a large, heavy broiler pan in residence. That is, until I retired and bought my current home. Nice appliances, but no broiler pan. Which led to my discovery that not ALL broiler pans were huge! I live alone and rarely cook for a group, and I’m no spring chicken anymore, so I love this little number! It’s like a sports car—quality material and workmanship, but compact. Room for me and a friend, and that’s plenty big enough and lots more fun! If I had to clean a large one, I’d use it less often—that’s just a fact. This pan is easy to clean and fits easily in my little sink. It’s dishwasher safe, but I’ve found that it looks brand new if I hand wash it instead. The dishwasher dulled it temporarily. I’m very happy with my little broiler pan. Buy one and broil yourself a nice filet mignon. Or use the bottom to make baked chicken breasts, or bake your dinner rolls. It’s going to get a lot more use in my home than all of my previous broiler pans collectively!

This broiler pan is such a great addition to my kitchen. I broil my food quite a few times each week. I love that this pan holds up to extremely high temperatures and that it does not have the kind of finish that will peel off. It can broil two steaks that weigh almost three pounds before broiling. It's small enough that it's easy to store. It is very solid and good looking. I love that it's so easy to clean by hand, but it can also go in the dishwasher. The grease/fat from the meat goes right into the bottom pan. This is not just for meat and fish, but it works great for broiling asparagus with a bit of olive oil and sea-salt. I like that it keeps the asparagus from sitting in any extra olive oil. I highly recommend this pan. The only thing that I would like to see changed, in its design, is the four tiny holes in each corner of the pan. When I pour out the grease, some of it falls through these holes and will drip on my counter when I put it down. I was so happy to finally throw out two other small broiler pans that were in horrid condition. I had been looking for a top quality broiler pan, and this is it!

I bought this pan to replace a very old enameled bottom with stainless top one I had for many years. I threw the bottom of my old one away but wished I hadn't as this new pan's enamel coating on the bottom of the pan cracked after just a couple of uses. Although the company did replace it, they initially gave me a hard time and did not want to replace it due to the fact that it was now several days after the 30 day return period had expired. However, after I made the argument and spent time convincing the rep that the pan was defective to have cracked so easily, they agreed to the replacement. I am happy with the new pan which I have used a few times, and hope it was just a fluke that it cracked the first time. It is a perfect size and convenient for broiling dinners for just the two of us. It is easy to clean and a great alternative to having to use and clean the full size version.

This small broiler pan fits smaller RV ovens beautifully.The broiler pan can be used for broiling,roasting, and happily for no knead bread baking. Other lightweight baking pans may become damaged if placed on the bottom shelf of an oven, but the heft and porcelain finish of this pan make it perfect for placing on the bottom shelf of the oven to produce the steam required for no knead bread baked on stones to accomplish a thin crispy crust.Fulltime RV living does not require a pork and beans and hot dog existence due to the many items available that work great for RVers.My setup for no knead bread baking along with this broiler pan is:-----and of course, This broiler is a great multi-purpose pan for the rver, empty nester, apartment dweller, small households.
