This set of 12oz ramekins in white is a wonder addition to the kitchen line-up. The large 12oz size allows for a full portion of creme brulee, as well as room for some berries and mint leaves to go on top! Throw in a ROUNDED lid on top of the unit, to protect the beautiful decor atop the creme brulee, and this set is nearly perfect in all ways!!! The ceramic is solid and sturdy, and uniform in size. Each of the lids fit perfect on the dishes, and the ceramic portion washed easily in the dishwasher. These are perfect for not only creme brulee, but for dipping sauces, or as TWO set of THREE ramekins to serve a flight of soups, salads, or perhaps pastas. Very happy to give this set a full 5-stars.

We love these little ramekins! They're well built, solid and have stood up to our kids thus far. They're also nicely patterned and look good at the table with our formal dinnerware. Storage wise, we've used the lids and they work well, but we don't bother with the little numbers for the dates.They've also stood up to some baking and kitchen torch usage both for desserts and smaller portioned dinners.

I like these ramekins because they're nice and large, whereas my others are a lot smaller. With the lids on top, these stack very nicely in the fridge. When I use them for hot food, I can let steam out through the vent on top, another nice feature that makes these different from other sets. But the little numbered thing on top seems pretty useless and isn't something I'll ever use.

These 12 oz. DAFUCERAMIC Ramekins with lids have proven to be incredibly versatile in my kitchen. They arrived securely packaged to prevent damage (see photo).First and foremost, the lids (see photos) are a fantastic addition that makes storage a breeze. They keep leftovers fresh and allow me to prepare ingredients in advance without worrying about spills or contamination.If you follow the usage instructions in the product description, the lids work well. Usage Instructions: open the small hole before placing the lid on the bowl. gently press the lid down and seal the small hole. How to remove the lid – open the small hole before lifting the lid, then you can easily remove it. The lids provide a nice snug fit with an airtight seal.I was not familiar with the chronograph scale that’s included on the lid. So, I had to Google it. Google states that the chronograph mechanism is used to measure elapsed time. As you look through the images pertaining to these ramekins and click on the image that says chronograph scale it states the following: “Can’t finish it? Do not worry. When you can’t finish eating, just adjust the scale on the lid to 1-2 hours.” I would also use this scale (1-30) to mark the date I put the ramekin in the fridge to more easily track the age of the item stored in them. What a handy feature!The ramekins themselves are well-made, with a sturdy construction that feels durable and reliable. I love that they are LEAD-FREE and NON-TOXIC, that they are microwave and oven-safe, making them perfect for individual servings of microwaved or baked dishes or desserts. They distribute heat evenly, ensuring everything cooks uniformly. Plus, the stylish design means they can go straight from the microwave or oven to the table without needing to transfer to another dish.Cleaning up is simple, too. They are dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for me. Additionally, the non-stick surface makes it easy to release food without any fuss.Overall, I highly recommend these ramekins with lids to anyone looking to enhance their cooking and serving experience. They are practical, and stylish.
