I absolutely LOVE this ramekin set! It goes into the oven and cooks your crème brûlée perfectly! I’ve used this set roughly 5 times since I’ve bought it and it’s great quality! Fits perfectly in the oven, and even includes the rack, and silicone lids to store your deliciousness in the fridge! The ramekins can handle a torch with zero issues! The color is as pictured!

Crème brûlée is my most requested dessert and this ramekin set makes the process very simple! No more trying to transfer the ramekins to the oven without spilling water everywhere! The lids that come with the set, make it very simple to cover the cooled desserts and keep them in the refrigerator until time to serve!

The wire rack is slightly bent and I am afraid the attempt straighten due to very small smoldering/welds. One ramekin chip came out wow washing. The box didn’t look damaged and items inside were securely wrapped. Positive having a tray to hold ramekins and fit in the pan is very nice. Made inserting and removing from oven easy. The lids are also nice in I can make double batch and easily store in frig and doesn’t absorb food odor taste.

The stainless steel rings are welded together with a small spot solder. I hope it lasts long. Used the ramekins to make a cream brulee. Turned out good The oven temp was set to 350 anf the boiling water bath with the remikins was baked for 50 mins. Turned out very good. The ease of lifting the ramekins after baking was very easy. Recommend this set to others.

Seitdem ich dieses Creme brulee set bestellt habe, habe ich 4 mal das Dessert gemacht und es super einfach mit diesem Set. Was ich wirklich toll finde, sind die Silikon Deckel, die auch auf andere Gläser passen. Einfach klasse und einfach ohne die Finger zuverbrennen. Habe es auch schon weiterempfohlen

This is very nice quality and very pretty - the cups fit perfectly, the pan is really nice - we use it for more than just this holder for cups. The pan alone is worth the money. The ramekins are also very pretty when served. I like the lids - they are NOT tight but are 'clingy' so good for protection in the fridge and also for splashes.

Mit dem Wasserbad gelingt creme brulee auf Restaurantniveau- ein deutlicher Unterschied zum einfachen Backen im Ofen. Durch das Gestell vermeidet man Verbrühungen- ein absolutes Plus. Schade lediglich, dass man nur zusätzliche Deckel erwerben kann, ich hätte gern noch zusätzliche Formen gehabt.
