A color system for all creative minds who use color in their comprehensive designs. RAL Design System Plus D2
This color fan provides the ability to quickly locate and combine colors with the same hue, lightness, and saturation. An indispensable tool to support you in your initial color decisions, the RAL D2 contains all 1,825 colors displayed on 225 pages in color circle order, organized systematically into 40 separate color palettes. Each color palette is based on a hue located between 0 and 360 degrees on the color wheel. Colors of the same hue are arranged from light achromatic to dark chromatic and labeled with the HLC code used in RAL DESIGN SYSTEM plus. The copy of the color chart I received had numerous defects on each page. The major one was on Garnet Black Green where an insect was printed over and destroyed the section of the color swatch. Further into the chart there was an instance of the color going past the designated color swatch space. As the coup de grace it came with extreme whitening on the left side of every page edge where the most serious damage was on the front page.Update: Only took 3 tries to get a clean color chart. Color chart had no damage or defects but the hard case decided that one way to open it wasn't enough. It has a major tear on the side and now is a flap. Will have to add on an extra star as colors are accurate and I can finally get back to work but buyer beware.
