Items came repackaged in a plastic bag, not boxed. Parts were broken off the holding stem - but all parts were present. No instructions included. I concluded that the heads were returned by someone and later shipped to me. Everything ordered was there and the heads/tool/etc worked perfectly. Worth the purchase price!

Comes with wrench to adjust spray distribution, brand new, good as store quality and 2 for the price of one if you bought at the store. Great deal, fast shipping.

I ordered this and the first shipment only had 9 sprinkler heads and no multi use screwdriver. To get a replacement sprinkler head, had to return and reorder. Second shipment had all 10 heads, but still no screwdriver.There are inserts for the sprinkler heads that determine the spray pattern. These are shipped loose, so many of the inserts fall off the organizer. Just makes it hard to tell whether a particular insert is a 2.0 low profile or a 2.0 regular spray pattern. (12 inserts range from 1.0 to 6.0 of both low profile spray and regular spray pattern)I can get the multi tool for $3 at the local hardware store, but should be included as advertised.

Easy swap without much digging. Just turn off the water, carefully push some dirt away until the threads of the plastic nut are exposed, remove the old sprinkler with channel locks (try not to get dirt in your irrigation pipe), and carefully insert/thread on the new sprinkler.One of my sprinklers had a stripped rotary mechanism and wouldn't turn. I had it swapped out with a new one and adjusted in 15 minutes.

The sprinkling heads work great but packing should be reviewed. The sprinkling heads arrived in a box with the Nozzle stems loosely with over 50 percent of the nozzles broken off the stems. This makes identifying and find the correct nozzle very difficult and time consuming. It would be better if the nozzle stems were packaged separately.
