After couple weeks unfortunately it stopped being waterproof. I was very disappointed. I did trow it away.

First off, the sizes of the top and pants are VERY disproportionate in this rainsuit, and many larger users will not be able to find a size that fits them. I am a size 12 woman and I could wear the large but the top was voluminous and the bottoms (especially the waist) was tight and not comfortable. This rain suit is a heavy bugger! It is no Frogg Toggs. It is thick and sturdy and heavy and extremely waterproof. Unfortunately that means it doesn't breathe worth a darn, especially the pants which have no vents. The vents at the back of the jacket help some, but I was still drenched in my own sweat after wearing this while working outdoors for 30 minutes. I literally had to peel my jeans off. The suit has a lot of nice features including well-sealed seams, cuff adjustments for the pants, waterproof pockets, reflective bits and a clear visor. I am a bit confused that the "red&yellow" color is partly a camouflage pattern with colors not found in nature and some that may be yellow but definitely none are red. Either you want to be visible or you don't; this one seems to try to be both and fails.

This is a heavy duty rain suit - suited to high rainfall. The fabric is PVC coated and has a high resistance to water penetration but when it comes to breathability, the fact that it is PVC coated means it has virtually no breathability in the fabric itself. The ventilation in the suit is by virtue of two mesh covered ventilation holes at the back that are covered by a flap. It's well made with sealed seams in the places that matter.Compared to the very expensive GoreTex outdoor and in particular sailing gear I do own, it's probably even more rainproof but you are going to get potentially wet and sticky from your own perspiration. Having said that for certain applications where I was going to get wet (a lot) then this is very rugged option that is going to keep the rain out for not a lot of money.

I gotta tell you I am confused. I have gone back to zero, and still I am confused. So here it is! This rain suit can never be worn out! It is made of a material that I have never seen and is probably new technology because it is breathable AND waterproof, but this is not why I am confused. I am confused because it is supposed to be lightweight. It weighs 4.5 pounds by my scale. And it is so bulky it cannot be easily folded up for storage or packed in a suitcase. I’m thinking it will bend an average hanger, besides take up room for a winter coat in the closet. I can find very few stitches. The bulk of the suit has been constructed using heat. The seams are barely larger than 1/8th of an inch but seems sufficient. My last point of confusion is I have a snap instead of a buckle at the bottom of the trouser leg. I’m giving them FOUR STARS because of the weight. The good news is you will have a rain suit for life!

Dude, this is one warm and water proof rain suit, great for white water rafting. Just be careful due to the black pants because it's hotter than hades wearing that. I had to take them off and only use the jacket, but still was able to keep warm going down class 3 and 4 rapids on the Colorado River. This reminds me of the suits you get when white water rafting, just a bit more stylish. You'd want to wear it in a monsoon or if you're trying to be the Gordon's Fisherman.

I bought this outfit for an Alaskan fishing trip. It kept me warm and dry. I was very happy with this purchase.

This is a set of very thick outerwear with rubber-like material. The coat has a large hood and is secured with Velcro on top as well as buttons and a zipper. The pants have an elastic waistband and cord to tie like sweatpants. The first problem I have with this set is that it is extremely undersized. I intentionally ordered the largest one I could find and normally clothing in this size point fits me, but in this case it is impossible to even put on either item.I'm also very concerned because the items are very thick, insulating, and warm. If it did fit I would never wear it in the spring or rainy seasons, I would only wear it in the middle of winter because I would be getting entirely too hot and sweaty. If you do have a situation to wear this when the weather is cold, and if it does fit you, it looks like it certainly provides weatherproofing, a lot of resistance to wind except for a small breathing hole in the back of the jacket, and it is definitely waterproof. There's a unique transparent, flip down visor that comes off the top of the hood to protect your eyes from blowing snow or other debris.Overall it looks like it was well made with many thoughtful designs. It is too small and it will keep you very warm and stuffy, but if it does fit, you will get some use out of it in colder months.
