Good cups for coffee...lids are secure and cups don't leak. Good capacity for a full cup of coffee. Sleeves don't get too hot either. Durable cups for sure

It should be stated that the product is coming from the US! I was not expecting to have to pay customs and brokerage over the already over priced cups

As an avid coffee drinker, I loved the simplistic design of the cup, however these ARE NOT SPILL PROOF. great for coffee shops, businesses, or at hike use. I would recommend these cups only if your not looking for a spill proof solution

I ordered a box and used them last week when I hosted a meeting for 32 people.People kept coming up to me telling me the cups were leaking hot coffee everywhere!They would take another cup and put it on the bottom of the their original cup. The leaking cups were interspersed! Thankfully no one got burned from the very hot coffee, but I had coffee stains everywhere due to those malfunctioning cups! I finally got one non used cups and the bottom of the cup wasn’t sealed to the main portion of the cup! Extremely dangerous with very hot liquid in it!I called the Amazon phone number where you speak to a voice recording that asks useless questions. JUST PUT A HUMAN being on the phone and stop wasting my time trying to explain the problem with your ridiculous questions!As far as I was concerned, I felt I shouldn’t have to return anything! Amazon just owed me my full refund!I did finally get a human to speak to but it was VERY difficult to understand him when he spoke, as English was not his first language. He was very nice, but I was already very frustrated after having to speak to a recording who kept cutting me off, because I wasn't answering in a few words!!!The person I spoke to said they would check all of their cups. I do not recommend that brand!!!

We appreciated the plain design, we customized the sleeves ourselves. The lids were a little tricky to fit by our older guests, they needed a little assistance, but once on they did not leak. Perfect for our event.
