RollEase has more than 25 patents for invention with a full time staff of design engineers working exclusively on improvements and extensions of existing systems as well as the development of new operating systems. All clutch components other than the springs inside are made of a glass reinforced thermopolymer to ensure years of trouble free performance and prevent oxidation of external materials. This clutch should be used with bracket models RB360 or RB380.

I received 2 of these, while they arrived in a timely manner, I've received them absolutely filthy! Seriously, they're greasy and sticky. Unfortunately, i need to repair my curtains right away and will need to use these after a good scrub. There was no where in the ad that said they are used, so I am sadly disappointing with this purchase.
