Great deal for two, they come with mounting screws. Very strudy, the bars are tack welded and not held together with little bolts like some others I have seen. I have a skar svr which has a decent size surround and it clears mine fine, maybe some subs with over the top surrounds would have issues so check your measurements.

Bought these to go over an 8" sub in my trunk floor. Nicely finished.easy install. Lots of clearance to the sub.
