Saw a UTube video and it took 20 minutes including getting all the tools, 3/8 socket and extension, #3 phillips screwdriver (for new screws). Fit like a glove, no issues at all installing.

Heats well, but something about the hole placement is preventing the igniter from lighting it reliably. It seems the gas holes are not letting gas flow close enough to the spark of the igniter, so I am having to use a butane match to light the grill at least half of the time. Still is new, so I am trying to figure out a fix to this.Update: After a closer look, the hole placement seems OK, but the igniter spark was weak. I cleaned and polished the igniter contacts, and it is sparking better, and now the burners ignite with the sparkler, but not every time. I am beginning to think I need a new igniter. The burners are easy to install, and burn very well.

Dimensions aren't exact to the original old burner on my Q200 but the critical Dimensions for mounting are correct so it mounts fine. Includes a stainless steel screw to attach to grill base. The burner holes are bigger than original but it still works fine. Probably just dial down the gas setting a but if needed.

Wish you could buy US companies replacement parts instead of Chinese? Well, me too but guess what? I didn't make our trade laws; the 540 idiots of Congress and Administrative State did. These burners look to be of very high quality at HALF the price of the Weber OEM. So I bought 'em.Installation was VERY easy, instructions clear. Some of the reviews speak of quality or installation issues, I saw no problems. The burners did light with excellent flame distribution. Can't comment on durability but metal wall thickness looked equal to the original.

Purchased this to replace the burner tube of a Weber Q220 that had rusted through. Simple to replace and feel as though it actually outputs a better flame compared to the stock burner. Will be interested to see how long it lasts - but at this time meets its purpose.
