I was disappointed in this product as it did not clean the residue off our pellet stove glass. It took alot of scrubbing, which I could have done without spraying this product on. Waste of money.

Does a great job of cleaning up the fireplace glass. Have a few tough spots but nothing a little elbow grease and a scrub daddy didn't work on.

The glass doors of my metal stove fireplace where full of soot and creosote. When I bought my house I had tried to clean them with just Windex and they did not work. I let the issue go and then decided after 4 years that there had to be a product for that. This product is it! It works and it's easy! I laid down a towel, sprayed generously, scrubbed with the included damp sponge, wiped with a paper towel, sprayed again then dried with the included microfiber cloth. Clean and pristine in a matter of minutes. I'm impressed. I didn't take a before shot because I didn't think I'd be so impressed, but here's an after. Before they were black/brown/red gunk and you couldn't see through them at all.

This stuff is great! I use it on the front glass to my pellet stove- most of the time no scrubbing needed. I will purchase again!

This product does NOT work. I bought it to remove the smut from the fireplace glass door. In the past, I have always had to use a razor blade and scrape it off. This company claims this product will remove it by scrubbing it it with the included sponge and wiping it with the fiber cloth. It hardly removed any of it. I repeated the process; still no success. I followed the instructions correctly. I want my MONEY back. I do NOT want a replacement. $18.99 is too much to spend for something that does not do what it claims to do. It looks like you are sending a replacement instead of a refund. I do NOT want a replaement. It doesn't work. It didn't even work on my glass cooktop.

Great cleaner and products form leaning that comes with it. Always a guaranteed clean glass. My fireplace was very dirty when I moved into my home. I tried other products.and noticed it didn't do the wanted clean look I wanted. This product is definitely must buy!

The spray saved me a $250 visit from my fireplace guy. My glass was so dingy that you could barely see through it from six months of use. This made it look brand new in minutes and I was able to use it myself.

I liked the spray feature vs a polish. Altho to get to my goal of sparking, clean windows involved a few more steps, it was so worth it! My windows are sparkling clean and gleaming and so are my window screens. Bought this because next door neighbors house was on fire last year and smoke and all that crud that comes with it blew onto our house and windows. We tried to power wash it all but understand you have to use speciality items to get this off as it gets embedded. Water does not cut through it. It makes it worse. The quality of the item is great. Does not have smell. Goes on quickly and spreads on and washes off quickly and pretty cleanly. If there’s any smear or cloudiness left, it goes away when you finish with a glass cleaner. My windows are absolutely sparkling!Going to try it on some build up on fireplace doors.

I just didn’t had the chance to takw a picture of how dirty and foggy my fireplace glass window is. But I can tell you it really works! Good thing the product includes microfiber towel and scrub.Five star!
