great support. The charcoal gel memory foam keeps it cool throughout the night, and I love that it’s fiberglass-free. It arrived well-packaged and expanded quickly with no strong odors. Definitely a great value for the price! Highly recommend.

This mattress is a game changer. I had back pain everyday when I woke up with my old mattress. I’m glad to say goodbye to that part of my morning routine. Goodbye back pain!Upon unboxing the smell was definitely there, but subtle and dissipated within an hour of opening. The mattress seems very durable. It does hang over my box spring and frame slightly, but it’s not too much maybe an inch so it’s a little larger than I think a normal US queen would be. There are no springs and it pops right back up.It took maybe an hour to reach its full size but we left it about 10 hours before using it. This is a very comfortable mattress. I would definitely say from my personal experience it’s a medium firm mattress as described though it think it’s a preference thing. It arrived early and the box was in good condition. Unboxing was fairly easy, it was wrapped well in its vacuum sealed bag. I did have help though.

Great mattress at a reasonable price and best of all it’s made in the USA. It stays cool while delivering great suppport especially if you suffer back problems like I do.

A little softer than I thought it would be. No smell. The biggest issue is that it’s too tight in the bed frame I bought. I’m not sure if it’s the bed or mattress that’s isn’t sized correctly, I’m thinking the bed frame. Overall it’s good quality and worth the money. Just know it’s not firmer it’s definitely softer but not mushy.

The softness or firmness of any mattress is clearly subjective. To me this mattress is much more firm than not. While it is mostly comfortable to sleep on and seems high quality, there is no sinking at all into a form fitting memory foam layer that I had hoped for with a medium firm mattress. I do awaken each morning with mild back pain which has caused me to purchase a plush topper for the mattress making it incredibly high off the ground.The mattress itself plumped up perfectly and seems to be of good quality. If it had a 100 night trial like most I would give more stars. But as consumers we are left to follow the subjective reviews of others and this time I didn't win.
