I recently added a 24" clock to my family room wall but the hands were way too small. This new clock movement came with nice long hands which fit the clock perfectly. Movement seems to be good quality and keeps perfect time.

This action made a great replacement for my clock that had started lagging. Install was straightforward when following the instructions and it's been keeping good time since. Tick is audible but barely so. The hands aren't balanced perfectly so there is about thirty seconds worth of play as it goes over center. I set it to the middle of the slop and it's been fine since. Exactly what I was looking for to bring my old clock up to the times.

As you can see, this is a large wall clock, and it’s above the doorway into my kitchen, so a tall ladder is necessary. I’m age 66, small female, and replacing the “guts” of the clock was so easy and works like new! The hardest part was setting up the ladder, taking the heavy metal clock down, and then back up to hang. I highly recommend and save yourself a ton of money!

I replaced a broken clock mechanism - and was happy to see that this worked well. However, there ARE several drawbacks to this item: As others have stated, the hands arrived quite scratched, and they weren’t a highly polished finish to begin with. It’s nothing a quick coat of black nail polish can’t fix.I was irritated to discover that the length of the minute hand is NOT measured from the center attachment point *as is the industry standard* but overall - including the counter-balance extension. This is deceptive, as consumers knowledgeable with replacement clock hands expect the length to be given from the center, since they may be replacing hands without a counter-balance.Lastly, the instructions are insufficient: the minute hand must be attached by rotating it until it aligns with the peg - which may NOT be in the 12 o’clock position as described. Once aligned, it can be slipped into position, and the cover cap affixed. I suspect that folks whose clocks are losing time didn’t affix their minute hand correctly.We may need to report the seller to have these issues remedied.

Only issue is the black on the hour and minute hand was all scratched up. Otherwise installed pretty easy. I just did it so I will update in a few days.

Small investment for a nice clock. I suppose that my clock is about 10 years old. The original quartz mechanism finally stopped working. To buy a similar clock would cost about $120. This replacement from TIKROUND worked great. The instructions were clear. Also, to maintain appearance, I used the hour and minute hand from the original clock. These fit fine on the new quartz movement piece. So far, it's keeping good time. I'm pleased.

Das Uhrwerk hat kein sehr hohes Drehmoment, die Zeiger schaffen es nur dank Gegengewicht wieder auf die 12. Es tickt doch recht deutlich und nach einer Woche war der Akku (Eneloop!) bereits alle. Vorher hatte ich ein teureres Funk-Werk verbaut, aber da haben die Zeiger durchgehangen. Irgendwie sind diese günstigen Uhrwerke nicht für größere Uhren gemacht

We had a large clock we loved which stopped working. This was a simple replacement and it is absolutely silent (unlike many!).The hands are similar but different from our previous ones but the still match the style of the clock.An inexpensive, easy way to rejuvenate our old clock! Very happy we found it!

All as advertised and I’m happy with this purchase. Whilst it doesn’t have the Seconds handle, you can still hear the traditional sound of a clock from it.
