Bought from a different souce for presentations in the conference room. Like the two sided feature. Good assembly procedures will be adequate for keeping the frame steady. Wheels are just plastic and poor. Problem is the plastic slidelocks promptly break, thus making it impossible to write on the board without it spinning. Must keep a hand on it all the time. Also the plastic end caps pop out and want to get lost, so need to wrap them with some tape to tighten them up. Biggest complaint was the warranty dept at Quartet. Customer service agent was helpful, found the faulty slidelocks in the diagram and said he would send over to the warranty dept for prompt shipment of new ones. Finally, after no communication, I called again for follow up. Said they don't have the parts, nothing they can do. Very short spirited representative, not concerned about my problem. Could have been a very simple fix to satisfy a regular customer. Now have an expensive board that must be sidelined, or have a home made rigging to make it work. "Don't buy Quartet" in permanent marker across the top lets all clients know.

Bought 4 of these exact/same units from another source in May, 2015 ...Assembled them carefully BUT securely with cordless drill/drivers AND E6000 adhesive (on the screw/bolt threads) to minimize loosening up with use.[I have years of experience assembling "furniture" as a volunteer for a non-profit organization. Not to step on toes, BUT I suspect that the poor reviews shown here could be due to less than adequate assembly fastidiousness.]NOTE: Assembly of these units really is be a TWO-person job for best finished product.

I am so upset with the product. After using it for about six months it started to fall apart. Now the reversible board does not stay in place. Stay away from this product.

First off, these puppies seem to be tough for shipping companies to manage. Ours arrived with ripped boxes and some parts missing. However, to their credit, the factory replaced most of the missing bits fairly quickly. If you are missing one of the pipe caps that goes just above the a wheel, expect the pipe to slowly collapse, pinning the wheel in one direction. This will make rolling the whiteboard a big hassle. Even without a pinched wheel, they all seem to want to roll in a direction of their choosing and some take two people to manage. The board is also fairly wobbly whenever the whiteboard is being pivoted or the board isn't completely fastened into place. A little fastening wire between the legs is enough to prevent this, but that shouldn't be necessary. The writing area is a good quality and doesn't seem to stain, even when marker is left on it for several weeks before being erased. Of course, a little bit of whiteboard cleaner can make all the difference in maintaining a whiteboard.

This easel is made of durable materials, easy to use and very versatile.Unfortunately, the instructions were poorly written and illustrated. Overall, it is a good buy for someone who has good mechanical skills in assembling such items.
