Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / Rubbing Alcohol
- 99.9% (anhydrous grade) concentration has 0.1% purified water, and 0% additional additives
- Designed for use in industrial, commercial, medical, cosmetic, automotive, electronic, pet care, horticulture, and laboratory applications.
Solvent
Isopropanol is used commonly as a solvent as it dissolves stubborn oils/residue without leaving any traces behind. Effective against alkaloids, natural resins, polyvinyl butyral, and many other oils.
Electronics
Isopropyl alcohol even works on electronics as it can dry without leaving any streaks or damage. Computer chips, DVDs, circuit boards and so much more. Use sparingly.
Automotive
Rubbing Alcohol removes non-polar compounds such as oils, fats, even gasoline. Also commonly used in spray cans for windshield and door lock snow removal.

I have a small, outdoor fireplace (I'll also review later) that I place on my deck for ambiance while I cook/smoke with my Ninja Woodfire Grill Pro-Connect XL (I'll also review as I think it should be illegal NOT to own one).As my deck is covered, it's important to use the highest-purity Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) one can get, as this avoids smoke and soot, which will cling to soffit and siding.This product is truly the best you can get. If you're looking to use it as fuel like I do, you'll be happy to see that it burns a beautiful, orange flame, produces zero smoke, and throws a lot of heat for those autumn nights.Being so pure, it doesn't seem to last as long as lesser-quality IPA, but I'm fine with that. I'll happily continue to reorder this product.One Note: The IPA was delivered in a single, one-gallon container, although the picture and description showed otherwise (4 one-quart bottles). By no means was this a deal breaker, but at the same time, I may have purchased this elsewhere, as the quart-sized bottles would be much easier to store and refill the fireplace. This may or may not be important to you, but I wanted to let you know.
