I needed replace two (Chipo) igniters on the same day. both only lasted days.I decided to spend the extra few $ and order the OEM replacements instead of buying another knock off. The old OEM lasted for years. They arrived well packaged and delivered on time. Install was easy and both dragons are alive again!

The design of this igniter is simple so,all things being equal, it ought to last a long time. But with a product like this, you never know until it's failed. The Wisconsin co. that sold it gives good service.
