It was a little challenging getting the staples in and stretching it in exactly the right way, but with a little patience it worked out great.

Position this on the front first, pull the ugly seam junction around to the bottom a put a few staples to hold it. You really need to pull tightly back and then also to the back rear corners. Put a couple staples in and see if it’s centered. If the round seams in the rear corners are puckered it’s not tight enough. Once the look good do the sides, keep it tight. Great cover, nice material, looks good. They got the size right on these patterns. I recommend this cover.

2020 Polaris Sportsman 450Took more time to remove the old staples from the oem cover than it did to install. I followed the supplied directions and it came out nice and tight with extra to be cut off with a razor.

This is a great cover, fit the old seat perfectly. Cut the ripped pieces off of the old cover and stapled over the top of the old one. Looks like a brand new seat. Sprayed Chemical Guys vinyl protectant on it to help prevent cracking.

Fit Polaris 2015 570 perfectly. Use pneumatic or electric stapler on low for best results. Very comfortable.

I just installed this new cover on my 2016 Polaris Sportsman ATV (after a bear tore up my original!). Installation was pretty easy using a standard staple gun. Also, I think the three piece, stitched design made this easier to install than buying a piece of 4-way stretch vinyl and trying to stretch it onto and around the foam seat (which I also considered). We'll see how it holds up to the elements, but so far I am really pleased with the fit and appearance.
