Not sure what more I can say, bought for my 2015 Hyundai sonata, as the OEM ones no longer held up the hood. Feels good not needing the piece of 2by4 my dad gave me hanging around in the back seat anymore. It's a few months since Installation, took my dad 5 mins to put them on, and they still work great.

These hood struts are working out great very easy to install I should have been replaced my old ones over three months ago and would you believe the dealership wanted to charge me $200 to replace these Talking about a over priced job

These hood struts to replace the worn out ones on my wife’s car. These were super easy to install. No the hood raises with ease. Great product.

Installed these on a 2017 Hyundai Sonata SE to replace the original ones which had worn out. Took the old ones out and installed these new ones in maybe 3 minutes. Now I don't need to prop up the hood with a stick any more.

Went to the dealership and got a quote of $300 to replace and install these hood struts!!! I said no way , I’ll do it myself and I get the “don’t do it and use genuine parts from the dealer with professional install or it won’t be good”. Bunch of baloney those reps at the dealer. So I look it up on Amazon and order these, get YouTube installation methods, easy peasy, took me 10 min with a screwdriver, snap off and snap into the ball joints, just have a brace to hold the hood up while switching. Save $$$.
