Slightly shorter, maybe 1/4”, than the OEM fan from a QTXE-110-C so needs spacers, but the fan works well and is very quite.

Had a 30+ year old fan getting loud in the master bathroom. Seeing it would be a MAJOR pain to replace the entire unit due to the tight fit in the attic, I decided to replace the "guts" instead. Due to the age of the old fan, there wasn't a direct replacement that included the mounting hardware, fan and motor.This unit just required unbolting the old motor/ fan assembly and bolting this in it's place. For a DIY'er like me, it took around 45 minutes to complete the job and test. All has been working as expected for the past 4 months.It's quiet as new and I am super happy I could do it myself. I highly recommend!

fits but needs some washers to keep it from scraping housing. Fan itself is crap, had to swap it out for the old one as new squirrel cage fan was horribly warped. Made it work but should have sent it back.
