I had peeling paint on my ceiling in the living room. I peeled off All loose paint and applied this before repainting. I have not had any more issues and the ceiling looks dramatically improved. It seals well and has excellent coverage.

I actually got this because it was cheap and I figured it would be a easy top coat for wood furniture. It's actually much better than I thought. Easy to apply, dries clear, thick, no smell, quick drying, haven't tested out the chipping promise but id definitely recommend so far.

I had a spot on my ceiling from water damage and was very frustrated when I went to prime the spot and it was peeling :(I went to Google and found this product - seemed reasonably priced - so Amazon delivered! To my surprise it worked! Now I am by no means a Handyman, I am a woman in my 50's taking care of the house just followed the directions on the can.A family member waited to see if it worked and if i liked it and now she is going to do the same at her house. Needless to say - I didn't use much so she wont have to purchase she can use what I have.I would recommend this product for sure!

It does the job for flaky paint. It is low viscosity so it feels like it can wick under any remaining loose edges. It will, as a result, tend to drip, so bear that in mind.It looks and smells like watered down PVA glue. So I sometimes wonder if it is any different.

We recently moved into a home built in 1880 and have a LOT of windows and doors to paint. This worked great for the windows! Easy to peel off after cutting with razor blade.

Looked great at first, but a year later everything is peeling and we so disappointed. We used it on our covered porch and it actually looks worse than it did originally. We are about to redo it again and all the prep work using a different product.

I used as undercoat on an area where the paint was peeling. Might require more than one coat depending on severity of peeling

I have a greenhouse with concrete sides on two parts. Each year I have re-painted the walls with white emulsion. One or two years ago I noticed flaking paint on the walls! The internet is a wonderful thing about getting information about things such as this product I am reviewing. I scraped off all the loose paint (What a mess!) and brushed this stuff on. Being a greenhouse facing south the stuff soon dried...as did the emulsion I put on top of it! To date...May 2016 my walls remain good....
