Got these cargo shorts primarily for lounge wear. Some observations from my use - - The texture of the material is slightly on the rough side but not uncomfortable. There is almost no stretch in the fabric but their sizing chart is accurate (runs slightly large) - Plenty of pockets all around. The cargo pockets are ok but not very useful from my use. Putting anything even remotely bulky like a phone makes walking around a bit uncomfortable. The other issue I had was with things like keys - given how thin the material is, they kept rubbing against the skin. - Waistband is very comfortable for extended wear - no irritation at all - The shorts has gone through several wash cycles without any noticeable issuesOverall decent cargo shorts. Wish the cargo pockets were a bit more usable.

Wow are these pockets deep! The fabric is thick and perhaps ever so slightly coarse, and seems like it will stand up to a few years of wear. They may not be the most stylish shorts, but for around the house,t hey seems perfectly fine. The pockets will hold a lot of things, but if you are around the house that is unnecessary. If you are going out on a warm day, and not in any situations where a little formality is required, these will be good as well... essentially any leisurely non-formal situation that does not call for style.I find them comfortable, but not necessarily great to nap in if I am laying on my stomach since the zippers offer a couple of lumps that may be a little less comfortable than desired. Hanging out in the backyard in the morning having coffee on the patio is the perfect situation for these in my minds eye.

I was unsure how to proceed when I received the item, because I thought it was just another pair of plain cargo shorts. I was completely wrong. These shorts are the real deal. The main pockets are DEEP. You can practically store a Steam Deck and have room for accessories. It can fit a tablet in the main pockets, which means you can store a lot of stuff in them. The zippered pockets are very useful due to the amount of space in them where you can store a big phone in them and the zipper is nice and big so it will have less issues getting stuck. You can use these shorts for running or jumping around and both sets of pockets should hold your things without anything falling out.

These shorts feel like gym short type of material; soft but not buttery soft..almost a little scratchy. The material has a tiny bit of stretch, but not a lot. The weave of the fabric is very gym shorts material style, in that there are tiny holes in the weave for breathability (I presume)..see the close up photo to get an idea of the fabric weave.These are polyester. Personally I’m not a big polyester fan, but I do realize that it might have its place in certain applications. I’ve found that polyester traps my body heat in and causes me to sweat more than I normally would. My bf doesn’t seem to mind wearing these and says they are breathable so far. Maybe the weave of the fabric helps with airflow on this pair.The cargo pockets are zippered. They look like they could hold a decent amount of material. The zippers zipped up and down smoothly. The zipper pull feels good and solid.There are also regular pockets on the side seams and small back pockets.The elastic waistband has a drawstring. The ends of the string are finished with metal grommets that look well attached.The shorts are black with matching black drawstring at waist…even the metal grommets are black.I would not pay more than $25usd for these.. The current $25 price is appropriate.If you’re doing something active and need to hold onto items (keys, credit card, ID, etc) then these would be a good choice.There’s nothing wrong with these at all. If you like the look and don’t mind polyester then I’d say go ahead and buy these. The overall construction looks solid.They fit true to size.

The shorts are pretty good. Comfortable. I'll update the review if they fall apart too quickly after some use. The "Iron Gray" color is blue-ish. I'm 6'3", usually a 34 pant size, these are 36 and fit well.The main pockets are strangely deep, they run behind the cargo pocket and go down to the same bottom stitch-line as the cargo pocket. The cargo pocket is on a layer in front of that pocket. The result can be that if you have something in both pockets on one side (like keys and phone), they overlap and bulge up at the same place. Also, when the pockets are empty, the cargo pocket doesn't lay flat, it's kind of stitched with a bit of a bulge as well. You can see this a bit in the pictures I posted in which the pockets are empty.
