I lost 145 pounds quite a while ago. That leads to some loose skin, which can be really difficult in the gym, particularly for HIIT workouts and lifting. I have truly tried 20 to 30 different compression shirts. For many years, I used the Spanx brand but at $89 a pop, I’ve always been on a lookout for an alternative. This is the closest I have found, and I am very pleased. I actually prefer this over Spanx—they provide just as much compression but they are MUCH longer. As a 6’4” guy, I love that I can put this on, and do workouts with Burpees, jumps, and lots of movement, and never have to adjust. I find they wash well, though I find the black holds moisture more, and thus has the potential to smell more, than the white or the tan, I’m not sure there’s any scientific proof back that, but I’ve noticed it and now really only buy the white or tan options.As someone who has bought 1 million compression shirts and returned 1 million compression shirts, I highly recommend this one.

Okay, so I am a very large man. 6'1" and 330lbs and as such I have a large belly and moobs! I was looking for some type of a mans corset for lack of words. Many of these items have poor reviews and so I thought I'll order it and send it back if it does not do anything.I wanted a 5XL Tall but the seller was out of stock and I settled for a 5XL.Item arrived the next day (gotta love Amazon) and a very nice box contained the garment. Once out of the packet I was very surprised how long the regular length was. Getting it on was not too difficult, it's snug and just needs a couple of good pulls to get it on correctly.I was honestly really impressed as my big belly and moobs no longer jiggled when walking or moving. It's not restrictive at all and I am aware I am wearing something but the confidence it has given me was well worth the money. I will be buying a couple more that's for sure.If in doubt about size I would go up one size. I usually wear a 3-4XL T shirt and ordered a 5XL. Does it make you look like gymn buff, no but it effectively tightens things up.Picture to come soon.

This is a really nice product; I love the feel of the fabric, and yes it is absolutely a compression shirt, no doubt there. I was concerned that I wouldn't get it on because of the tightness, but once on, it is GREAT. Zero pain anywhere and just the right amount of compression. Highly recommend as long as you have the right size (I had purchased one two sizes to small originally and while the fabric also FELT great, that one was too tight ... so make sure you get the correct size).

I'm on the autistic spectrum and I find compression to my body helps me relax. I used to use latex suits but they are expensive, sweaty and a hassle to put on and clean.THis shirt squeezes my torso comfortably and is discreet under my clothes. I would like it even tighter but I would have an extremely difficult time getting it off. I'm 5"10 and 220 lbs and it is almost a perfect fit.

La tela es muy delgada, la forma seria ideal si tuviera mayor grosor, si la tela fuera mas resistente seria magnifica pero lamentablemente la tela no es la mejor

Ive lost a lot of weight and this shirt keeps me from tripping over my deflated love handles.it really works great. wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat and it snaps back into shape. going to try one size smaller to see how that fits. I wear it for about 16 hours at a time and no discomfort.I feel I need to get 3 of them to make it less of a pain to wash every day. I wished they offered a discount on multipacks but either way it is many times better than the other ones I tried.some of the other ones are ridiculous. If you need a shirt like this is xxsmall then you dont need a shirt like this.This is the only one I found that is sized for the people who need it.Update**Its still holding up. I got one in xxl and it fit better than the xxxl I originally ordered. I find the xxxl fits ok but the xxl fits snugger. The first time you put it on you almost need 2 people. but once you get it on its comfortable.Im going to keep wearing the xxxl but order a second xxl.lost a few more pounds and the xxl is definitly better for me now. One thing I suspect but cant prove is the black xxl feels a little tighter than the white xxl. not much but noticable if you are on the line between xxl and xxxl. When I first put the black one on I could hardley breath but a few pounds later it fits much better.Its hard to put on. Make sure noone you are trying to impress see you in the act of putting it on.I plan on getting 2 more white xxl's. Ive not found another one that comes close to this oneI have been wearing the xxxl and xxl white shirts every day for almost a year. thats about 170 washings each. I pretty much just throw them in the washer with the other clothes. They are holding up pretty well but its time to get new ones. Im not complaining. They did their job as a well as one can expect.I dont like the black shirt. It hurts when I wear it. It digs in and pinches my fluffy spots.This shirt has been instrumental with helping me to lose weight. Its all mental but it has helped. I went from a xxxl (kinda lose)to an xl(kinda tight).edit 11/11/24new update. threw away the black one. not comfortable for some reason. Still wearing the other two almost every day. They are still in good shape after all these years.I would buy another one but the two I have are holding up crazy well. Also great in cold weather.
