I have 3 now and this is the only one I have issues with . It is making a snapping noise when it is going around. And I can’t seam to get any answers how to fix the issue . Please if anyone can help let me know ok here it is two products in and it does not work I purchased a new handle after speaking to the company. A they said it was the handle. It is still broken and now I'm out even more money

I have tried multiple times and watched videos but I still do not know why it is dropping stitches. I'll get a few good knits then it drops a few then back and drops a few then gets 3-4 then drops like 4. I don't get it. I've not given up hope yet but it makes me feel like the pins do not stick out quite enough to catch the yarn. I've tried different tensions, same issue in the same spots each time. I just haven't figured it out.
