I changed all my plastic containers to glass to help prevent the terrible diseases they cause. I love the seals not being folded ones. Since I'm single, this is the perfect set for me! They are also durable and all I could want. I do wash the lids by hand and dishes for the glass which is just my preference. Do not put lids in oven. They do cook well in the oven.

I love the different sizes in this package, and Pyrex dishes are wonderful for so many reasons. One dish did get broken because the manufacturer didn't put a liner in between two of the dishes. Amazon put the box of dishes inside their own box, so this should have been sufficient. The obvious problem started with the manufacturer not doing a complete job of packaging. I am keeping the whole set as is because one broken dish isn't a problem to me. Thank you to Amazon for the offer to send me another set.

This set of food storage has served us well for a long time. I prefer to use glass storage containers because storing meals like a pot roast, spaghetti sauce or any other fatty or oily food tends to cling to the plastic storage containers. My only complaint is after a long time using these, some of the lids have cracked after many dishwasher cycles. It’s not a deal breaker but just something to keep in mind.

I’ve purchased these before in a different set. I love the colored lids. They are handy serving sizes and hold up excellent in microwave and dish washer. They stack great and are very convenient when packing lunches for the family. They are a convenient weight in lunches as well and very sturdy.Will continue to purchase more!

I am trying to get away from everyday plastic use, and needed new leftover dishes. These are great for that purpose. They are so useful and very sturdy. (I believe they would survive a fall or drop.) They can easily double for mixing or serving dishes also. I prefer to wash the lids by hand to extend their life, since they are made of a durable plastic, but the glass containers come out sparkling clean from the dishwasher.

I like the glass pyrex, I've taken it from freezer to microwave. I've even toppled it off my counter onto the floor. It didnt break, but I dont recommend you try that. Theyre a convenient size and hold all my foods in the fridge and freezer in an orderly fashion. The lids however seem a bit flimsy, so far theyre holding together. I've had to use lemon to get rid of a smell that stayed on the lid and permeated the food in the container. Vinegar or Lemon is good for getting rid of the smells on the lids. The glass doesnt hold smells. A simple soapy wash is all that is needed. I havent used in the oven, I dont think I would even try. so far I'm happy with my purchase.
