Used this to fix a hanger that snapped on my jeep cherokee. Worked out perfect and was good quality. Took me 5 minutes.

Liked the ability to adjust for my needs. Checked fit first and removed and cut off excess. Also bought a couple more nuts with lock washers. Used them on the threaded adjustment rod so it would not come loose. That was the one downside. Would have been great if it came with a couple extra nuts and lock washers. But overall, worked excellent. Just make sure to use extra nuts to lock in place.

One of the specs missing from this product is the size of the hanger rod. Most of the other similar type hangers are 3/8 inch (about 10mm). This rod is 8mm and so in the typical rubber mounts it would be very loose. I ordered extra stainless mount rods from Vorocious motorsports. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003IQZHPG/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_MN0W30MYEZW7BDB9SQ7V?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and then welded those on to the rod. You might argue if I could weld stainless steel I should just weld the rod to my exhaust which is true but Its nice to be able to unbolt things if needed sometimes. You could alternatively chuck those in a lathe and thin down the "leg" to 8mm and then thread them using a die with the 3/8-16 thread and use the original nuts and then no welding would be needed. Or you just live with the 8mm rod - find rubber hangers for 8mm rod etc... Just important to know that the size of the hanger rod. Great part and good price.

Bi=ought this twice, first one I received was sent back because it was too big for my tailpipe. Didn't notice until I was packing it up that it was actually a 3" that had been tagged wrong.Second one was too big (my exhaust is 1.75") but did tighten down enough to be used. Flipped the clamp over onthe hanger rod so the clamp nuts dot show so much.Really like this, just wish I could get it in a smaller size.

Very easy to install and served its purpose to replace a broken exhaust hanger. There's plenty of length and adjustment to work on almost any application. On my particular vehicle, once adjusted to the proper height, the threaded rod ended up being too long and sticking down too far. I quickly and easily cut the rod with an angle grinder and also welded the nuts to the rod so they can't ever come loose.

Overall, I'm happy with it. Does the job that I wanted and needed. One of my exhaust pipe hangars broke off and caused my tail pipe to start rattling. Bought this piece of hardware and I managed to fix the problem, pipe is in its place. Cool! Now... a couple of things, it's a 2 1/2" clamp for a 2" pipe...It would have been great to have the right size clamp. I had to add a piece of scrap metal to fill the gap. Aslo, I can tell by the weld between the clamp and placement hardware for the hook, this looks like a DIY job. Looks like a good weld honestly, I give u props for your entrepeneurship! Bravo! But if you're gonna make this stuff at home, you should offer more sizes. I didn't see a 2" available, there should be a back order option. Just saying. Had to cut the rod to make it fit, not too much of a big deal. It IS a universal solution and it's practically impossible to adapt one piece of hardware for EVERY tail pipe. Kinda pricey though for what it is. There doesn't seem to be much hardware out there for this kind of a problem so thanks for offering a solution.

The replacement exhaust system on my recently purchased 2006 Mustang sounded great but was poorly installed with generic mufflers. I was able to cut off the poorly welded brackets from the slightly used mufflers, clean and paint them and reinstall them with these brackets. I used 2 for each. They worked as advertised, Adjustment was relatively easy and I was able to mount the mufflers level and close to the underside of the Mustang.

Used this to mount a custome exhaust setup combined with Pypes Exhaust TPHV6 Stainless Steel Universal Tailpipe Hanger Kit. Very nice clamp! Looks like stainless but I painted it just in case because I've had terrible experiences with clamps rusting up. It's still a solid piece and the welding was as expected. I probably could have made my own with my welder but hey this saved me lots of time. Overall fantastic clamp and product. Very happy with it!
