When we got this unit it had a sound that was acceptable. Not great but ok for a home karaoke party. We had let it sit for several months as we didn't need it. When we powered it up to use. It sounded terrible. Weak, distorted, ect. I went to the makers website and got the run around. I gave all the information requested and still the system would not accept my info. Don't buy this. Spend a few hundred more for some real quality.

I picked this up to use mainly as a 1000w Bluetooth speaker. The mikes are just a welcome extra. My daughters get to embrace their inner pop star. With the antenna extended, you get about 50 yards range from the unit. So that’s cool. Let’s talk about the battery for a second. I was able to rock the whole 3000sqft island and it’s surrounding waters from 7am till 4pm this past Labor Day. We then used it at the bonfire. Another four hours of jamming. Don’t know how much more battery life it has in it, but I’m pretty satisfied.

We bought this to replace a system that was installed 10 years ago that now no one knows how to work it. To replace it it would cost more than 7k. With this speaker I was able to find an easy and affordable solution that works amazingly.

I’m a member of Rotary and in charge of our club’s website, social media, presentations, all digital work. This equipment has been so welcomed to me, it works perfect all the time, the mikes work great, make sure you have spare batteries just in case a mike goes weak. Make sure you raise both antennas in the back otherwise the mikes will sometimes momentarily disconnect, it will not be a sign of weak batteries, it’s that you forgot to raise the antennas. Great product, the speaker is a bit on the heavy side but the sound is perfect, excellent product and highly recommended!

Wish I had read the description better. In the pictures it showed the unit being used outside. Turns out that is a different model. I could return this one and get the other slightly more expensive outdoor model, but I need it now.Decent sound and features for the price. Perhaps I’ll use this one till the end of softball season, to see how it holds up. Then buy the outdoor model next year.

The microphones paired to the unit very quickly upon turning the microphone button on in the rear of the unit and pressing the button on each of the microphones. Zero cross-talk, great reproduction. Sound quality is VERY good, especially for the price. Battery power is great too, but have yet to run it so long that the battery capacity is tested. I had the unit plugged in to the wall outlet most of the time. Bluetooth functionality is great and integration with a computer for Karaoke is very nice.

Have extensive experience with these systems. This one worked and is easy to set up. Quality is so so and after 30 days of use notice a degradation in quality. Maybe 12months of use expected before speaker will no longer be viable. the more expensive systems last for years.

Up front I should tell you the product itself seems to be working. Don't know durability or longevity but right now, it's functional. This review is focused on a very important part of a company.Customer Service. Pyle seems to have issues with missing or incorrect parts in the box. I was missing two small clips for holding the mics and the remote was not the one pictured.Seems like a minor issue for a company to correct but Pyle Non-Customer Service seems to want to debate every customer instead of providing service. They asked for a picture of included parts and the Amazon statement of sale, which I provided. They then told me I could buy a new remote and clips, which would be close to another $50 with shipping. A lot of money for plastic items from China that probably cost them under $3. When I asked why the won't just send the parts I was told by the Non-Customer Service my unit was used. The truth is it was a return which Amazon sells at discount after checking it in the warehouse and ensuring the condition is good overall. The product arrived in original packaging with new batteries for the mics and everything except what was noted at the outset of the review. Overall it was in excellent condition.Another strange thing the Non-Customer Service Rep (NCSR) said was it was not covered under warranty because it is used. I understand that's their fail safe line to get out of actually servicing customers but my response was, why would missing or incorrect parts be a warranty issue? Of course the NCSR did not address that question even though I asked it several times.I did a google search and found this was a common complaint against the company in many instances. I did tell the NCSR that word of mouth advertising or reviews are critical to a company's success but they were either too dense to understand or just didn't care.As for the product, I have only used it a few times, so far so good but I have no idea of durability or longevity. I did purchase Pyle because I have bought speakers from them prior and they seem like decent speakers. But their complete lack of customer service is a huge red flag for me, as it should be for any consumer. Be smart, buy from another company that actually believes in creating a relationship with their customer. Lord knows, there are plenty on Amazon. Pyle is not that company.
