NO SURFACE PREPARATION NEEDED: PVC FastCure adhesive has an open time of 4-7 minutes and is ready to handle in 10-30 minutes. PVC FastCure system requires no surface preparation and is a solvent free system.
BONDS TO MANY SUBSTRATES: PVC TrimWelder Fast Cure provides strong tough bonds to metal, wood nylons as well as polystyrenes, fiberglass, reinforced plastics and stone.
PAINTABLE & ABLE TO BE SANDED: PVC FastCure is a solvent free formulation that is both paintable and sandable, and is ready in less time for quick projects.
CONVENIENT PACKAGING: PVC TrimWelder FastCure can be applied as low as 40F. Convenient 50ml packaging with two included QwikMixers. PVC TrimWelder adhesive does not require special surface prep and does not contain any solvents.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Combine resin and activator in equal volume and mix thoroughly. For convenience and accuracy use pre-measured cartridges with disposable static mixers. Open time is 4 - 7 minutes at room temperature. Handling strength within approximately 10-30 minutes.

PVC TrimWelder Adhesive is a medium viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system that provides flexibility, toughness and surface adhesion for bonding all forms of PVC to itself metals or wood.

Fast Cure PVC TrimWelder Adhesive is ready to handle in 10- 30 minutes

PVC TrimWelder Adhesive does not require special surface prep and does not contain any solvents. The adhesive will work successfully in most applications without preparation. It’s so strong it appears to weld the PVC together. Creamy consistency, won’t foam, run or drip.

It is a fast curing, two-component product with an open time of 4 - 7 minutes at 73ºF after thorough mixing with an approved mix tube. PVC TrimWelder will cure satisfactorily at application temperatures as low as 20º F

PVC TrimWelder Applications

Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength to nylons, polystyrenes, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, stone, ceramics and most plain and plated metal components. This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials.

Used on PVC stair risers to fill nail holes. Worked really well. One complaint, I wish manufacturer would replace complicated dispenser with 2 separate tubes, each with screw on cap (like JB Weld). Cures quickly, so don't mix too much at one time. Update, I just now realized my order was missing the piece on top of dispenser shown in picture that has 2 red points. That explains why it was so tricky to dispense my order. I'd still suggest putting in separate tubes.

Read great reviews of this product in actual use. Did not pay close enough attention to the size of this kit at only 50ml (that is roughly the size of an off the counter 5 minute epoxy kit from the hardware store) I assumed that with the caulking gun adapter it was a larger tube:( My advice would be to read the label more carefully.
