On a newly overhauled engine, a pushrod tube seal started leaking. Instead of dissembling the engine, this worked great, without having to tear the head off the engine. I know they say it's only a temporary fix, but aircraft engines use the same design. I like it.

only bought it as a spare, as the best ones can not be bought separably. have not used it

As expected, you may need to remove a bit of spring a little at a time to get it to compress enough to squeeze into position. Once in place seals holding and working good. I would/will re-order this produce again when the time comes.
