The assembly on this pergola was very easy. They had everything packaged really nicely. One of the columns had a dent in the edge, but we did not notice it till after it was up. I attached some photos.

Absolutely love my new pergola! I ordered an 11x15 for my patio and it is the perfect piece. Setup took roughly 4 hours mainly by myself. I had one broken louver attachment that I noticed once it was almost fully assembled. I reached out to customer support and they shipped me two brand new ones and followed up to make sure I received everytging and got in installed. Highly recommend this company amd their products!

Ordered the 12x16 model. Great price and pergola is heavy aluminum. The directions were straight forward which made the assembly easy. The structure is very solid. Very happy with it.
