Our veterinary specialist suggested these for a kidney patient of ours who developed loose stool from her medications and diet. They work well.One alert: Purina has changed the label of these sachets so they now say "Fortiflora>PRO" rather than "Fortiflora>SA". The Synbiotic Action label below the title is still the same. I checked with Purina and it's just a change to the packaging. Same stuff inside.

I pet sit for a living. If a dog starts with a little loose stool I immediately put on their food for a couple of days. It firms up the stool and the dog is like new.

After years of my vet suggesting this product, and being too cheap to purchase, we finally bit the bullet and ordered for our cocker spaniel with a "sensitive stomach." Not to be too graphic, but she has never had better poops than now getting a packet of this every night with her dinner. Recommend 100 percent. And thanks Dr. Lango for your persistent recommendation.

It’s a little pricey; but it has worked great on firming up my dogs poop; her anal glands got so full from the super soft stools; one of them ruptured; I had tried rice & pumpkin and neither worked; now did both together.
